Very kind and thoughtful. During the winter season, everything is cold. She placed the stethoscope in front of the heater before placing it on my back and it was very warm. Quick check up too considering it’s my first time. My pervious OB, I would wait almost 2 hrs to been seen only to be spoken to for 10 minutes

Really great care from Dr. Cabrera and her team! I just moved to the area and also had questions in pregnancy planning. She listened and spent time with me. She educated me on all my questions and made me feel excited and no anxiety about planning! The office was quick and efficient. Their patient portal is intuitive. 10/10 all around.

I'm glad I was referred to Dr. Rittenhouse. This was my first time seeing him and my first pregnancy, so I was very nervous at first. I would just like to say thank you to his medical assistant Jazmyn, she made me feel such at ease! She was so friendly and upbeat, she also was very informative about the process of the appointment. Every appointment I had throughout my pregnancy she was so thorough and you can just tell she cared! Same goes for Dr. Rittenhouse! I felt very at ease being under his care. I like how he was very straightforward and direct. He would address any concerns and always explained everything thoroughly. I had a c section and it went so smoothly and quick!Dr.Rittenhouse kept assuring me throughout the process. Post partum I needed to take blood thinners and I was having some issues with my insurance covering them so I explained that to Dr. Rittenhouse. He didn't hesitate and right away he was able to help me resolve the issue and also explained & gave me tips for at home care via text. My point is, in the past I've had such impersonal experiences with doctors and that was NOT the case with Dr. Rittenhouse. I wish he could be my primary doctor as well! Lol. So I would just like to say thank you so much for caring for your patients!!

Review not for the doctors but for the front desk/receptionists/office staff. I needed to see an obgyn as part of my prenatal care and I had requested an appointment with this office. Spoke to the front desk receptionist who confirmed my insurance was accepted, nothing additional required of me. I checked into my appointment, again not told there were any issues and brought inside the room. 1 hour later, I'm told I can't be seen because they don't accept my insurance and it was a mistake on their end during booking and check in. I took a day off for this and wasted nearly 3 hours on this not to be seen. Their solution and their way of helping me was to have me sign a waiver so that after they attempt to bill my insurance (which likely won't cover from what they've said), I would be responsible for the bill which was nearly $1000.00. Exactly how does that help me? I've heard great things about the doctors in this office, but unfortunately, the previous reviews regarding the staff is hurtfully true. It ends up affecting patient care ...

I really love the care that I get here. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable. I feel very safe knowing that I get good gynecologic care at this clinic

Dr. Zeng helped me secure an urgent appointment with her colleague Dr. Rittenhouse in the same office the next day when I had some issue when she was unavailable. I really appreciate Dr. Zeng’s help! I have been visiting Dr. Rittenhouse the last few weeks and Dr. Rittenhouse and his assistant Jazmyn have been great and professional. Whenever I have question they response right away! It’s hard to find such responsible medical team nowadays. I truly feel their caring during the last few visits and it makes me feel comfortable to continue work with them!

Thank you!! To whomever fills out your Imaging Request Forms and Referral Forms!! It is so neat and legible and actually completed correctly! I cannot tell you how many times I cannot make out the diagnoses on other people's forms but you even included the ICD10's as well for further clarification which is also so rare. I receive hundreds of forms daily with no telephone numbers or fax numbers and the handwriting is so bad, you can't even make out the provider's name to find them on google. PLEASE don't ever change. The little people like me really really appreciate you making our job easier. You are one in a million. And that's a FACT! THANK YOU!

Dr. Cabrera has been my doctor for 15 years! She always listens to my concerns, and she always addresses them!
