I was disappointed and surprised waking up from the anesthesia to find a male nurse attending to me that I did not know. I was told before I went into to surgery by two attendees they would be caring for me during the procedure and after. This male attendee gave me tramodol without asking me if I had any allergies or problems with it and I do. It does not work for me. After helping me get dressed assisted by another female nurse I was put in a wheel chair and would wait for my son to pick me up with a Uber ride I warned all staff that the Uber will not wait so of course I get a text and say to the male attendee my ride is here he replied he needs a minute. 5 to 10 minutes pass and I replied again I need to go he my son is outside the tech needs more time is still filling out paperwork I guess so I told the nurse at the desk I need to go and will walk out using my cane so I was wheeled out I feel the patient customer care needs to be improved I feel like I was in a production line I had a bad experience 2 years ago with this center lost a dental crown, attendee took 3 try’s at putting in my Iv and blamed me, and my son had to wait outside for 20 minutes before they told me he was outside and he had to get another ride
