5 stars for the doctors and nurses who work there. I wish I could give a separate rating for the front desk/registration staff. They are probably the laziest front desk workers I've ever seen. I will be on hold for nearly 1hr just to schedule an appointment. Sometimes they'll hang up while I'm waiting on hold. Even when there's a long line, they won't take people in to be checked in. Overall, horrible service from the front desk.

This review is for Dr. Denise Gonzalez and her assistant nurse. They are awesome. She is taking her time to meet you and ask a lot of question to make everything right.

This hospital the doctors are happy,the people who answer the phone are really easy to distinguish the language when asked about the language they are not enthusiastic

What a sad excuse of a medical center figured tho it’s the USA

Scheduled an appointment as a new patient and had to wait a month for a 10:15am morning appointment. Day before they called me saying the doctor would be in a meeting and need to push back to 11am. I asked if 10:30 was possible and they said 10:45am. I get there and they said I was considered a no show for 10:15am. I asked to speak to the person who called me but they said there wasn't anything on the system and I would have to wait another month for next appointment.No thanks. Will look for a different clinic.

They could care less if you die. My mom got diagnosed with Covid. She already has respiratory problems and she was struggling to breathe and needed help to know what medications she could safely take together given her preexisting conditions and what she could do. She called the clinic many times and they said they would have a doctor call her back, but that never happened. She continued to call multiple times a day and they said that there were no appointments available till the next month. One day, they gave her a number to call, said it was for urgent care. She called the number and it wound up being a dental clinic. My mom is on day 10 of Covid and now her chronic bronchitis is flaring up. Still trying to get a response from the clinic, at least to know if it's safe for my mom to take certain medicines and supplements given her preexisting conditions. I want my mom to get some relief because she is suffering. They keep saying they will call back. I'm just disgusted by this place now. All the hooplah they make about Covid and getting vaccinated but when someone vulnerable catches it, they don't care about their health or welfare at all. It's just a show.

They are always busy, it's hard to get an appointment, but the medical team assembled here could stand toe to toe with any other on the Peninsula. Unfailingly courteous and efficient, several languages spoken by staff. If county health care is your best option, you could do a whole lot worse.

This clinic is incompetent when it comes to getting prescription called in for the first time or refilled. And, in order to speak with someone, you have to wait on hold sometimes upwards of an hour, only to be immediately transferred to some random person's voicemail where you can't even speak to someone immediately regarding your issue. Then, that random person you left a voicemail with never calls you back and you have to repeat the process all over again! It is VERY frustrating. This has not happened just once, but at least 3-4 times in the last year. It is maddening. My provider, Amanda Hing, is very nice and helpful though. She is friendly and knowledgeable and very understanding. She genuinely wants to provide good care and I appreciate that very much. The other providers I've seen when she's unavailable have been equally helpful and friendly. If you can get past the horrifying hold times, inability to refill prescriptions without a major hassle, rude receptionists who don't seem to care at all about your needs or the fact that you've repeatedly had to call and wait for 30-60min to talk to someone, then the care provided is good for being medi-cal. Oh, and also, Shabnan is awesome. She works with scheduling and helps with prescriptions. If you can manage to get ahold of her, she's extremely helpful and will do what she can to help you out.

5 stars for the doctors. As for the front desk people who hires those people they are dumb as hell. How the hell they work with the public and not understand a damn word anyone is saying.please hire smarter people that at least understand English.
