List of Divya Kini's Reviews
The worst doctor that we ever had.Wrong diagnosis all the time due to rush timing.Husband has kidney failure and has been on dialysis due to her careless attention.
Dr. Divya Kini has been my family doctor for several years, and we NEVER want to change doctor anytime soon, unless we will relocate to another State. For general health issues, we can rely on her. This doctor genuinely cares a lot for my health, as well as my familys. Regardless of negative comments that weve just read from this website, Dr. Divya Kini will still be our doctor for years to come.
dr.kini is a very rude doctor. and not professional at all. i came in for a drs appointment at the beginning of september because my throat was very sore and blistered, she took a look at my throat with a flashlight and didnt even bother taking a swab test or anything to see if i had strep throat or something serious, and she rudely says ew gross, strep throat. in my 25 years of living i have never heard any professional doctor say that out loud in disgust, making me feel very uncomfortable. i can say that my appointment was only 10 mins long, its always rushed no time to ask questions, if you ask questions she rudely answers them, showing no care at all, always on her computer, doesnt pay attention at all. i also went in to get a bump checked on my wrist, she rudely says i dont do that. like what the hell? never coming here again!!! I wish read more reviews before hand, before making her my doctor. fucking rude and doesnt know shit.
My husband and I are seeing Dr. KINI for almost 7 years until now. I am a little doubtful about her knowledge as she looks like she is not sure of her diagnosis/advise. She always turn to her computer to check informations online. Well we just shrugged it off and continued seeing her since she is nice and we kind of got used to being there. However with several cases that we really cannot let go of this time,we decided its time to look for another Doctor. In one instance, I had a shot for Hep B and the Med Assistant spilled more than half of it on my shirt when she pulled the needle. She did not even asked for an apology. ( I just let it pass, told myself it happens sometimes) 2. I see the past reviews talking about her caring staff and recepcionist well it looks like that kindhearted one was long long gone and with a new RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL one. This receptionist is very RUDE and very HORRIBLE! My husband had made an appointment and he had an EMERGENCY at work that day and he cant go. He called to tell Dr. KINIs office. Receptionist told him next time he will cancel again same day he has to pay $25 in a very RUDE TONE!. We didnt know they have this new policy as we have not been in their office for some time. They could have called their clients or emailed to let us know about their new policy evenso we could understand if they tell us NICELY! Regardless of the poor treatment on him my husband made another appointment for the next week as he really need to go see Dr. KINI. RECEPTIONIST booked him Monday @ 4:00. So on that day my husband has to work early so he can leave early also, to see the dr. When he arrived at the office only to be told they NEVER have a call from him saying he cancelled the previous appointment and that there was no booking made for him for that day. So they made my HUSBAND looked like he LIED TO THEM. That made my husband very furious. He also heard those girls working for kini talking at the back saying He is that guy who did not show up! My husband asked if they could take him in as there were no patients anyway but they told him Dr. KINI is done for the day! Even when office closes at 5:00. Very sarcastic tone again from the receptionist. This is it we are done for being treated soooo bad and horribly. They dONT CARE for their patients. I even wonder if Dr. KINI knows how her receptionist and assistants are dealing with her patients! DO SOMETHING DR. KINI! THOSE WHO ARE WORKING FOR YOU are bad for your business and your name. Its time for our family to look for another Doctor who can give us a better service with respect and consideration
Dr. Divya Kini has been my 88 year old Mothers primary Physician for about two years now and is doing an absolutely wonderful job. She provides very intelligent and careful consideration for my Moms complex ailments and networks well with other physicians. She is diligent with followup care and therapy and rehab and makes sure my Mom gets needed medical equipment at home. She helps navigate through the difficulty of communicating the sideeffects of medications while mentoring toward more holistic remedies. When blood tests have raised concerns, she immediately notified us and prescribed remedies. Her Medical Assistants Angelica and Selina are welltrained, very courteous, professional and accurate, integrating the communication of complicated appointments, pharmaceutic, and followup data via phone, fax, email, and in person. We thank God for Dr. Kini and her Staff for helping my Mothers senior years to be a time of healing. Bud N.
Ive been with Dr Kini for few years now and ive been very very patience with the their receptionist! But i think its time to give reviews! Their sucks! Slow and dont know the hell their doing! I would call for ex ask for referrals, results etc and them receptionist dont call back!On the other Hand Dr kini talks and talks and sometimes forget what your there for! Always in a hurry!
When my wife and I first moved to the area and were looking for a family doctor, we were concerned about the mixed reviews of Dr. Kini but decided to still go to her. After two years being cared for by Dr. Kini, we both find her a joy to work with because she really cares about your health. It only took over a year for her to drop her guard (make her crack a smile) but after that, you will find that she is very easy to deal with! BTW, she and her family LOVES skiing...
Dr. Kini was my former doctor. Former as I have since changed PCPs & have found one who is the total opposite to Dr. Kini. Firstly my issue with this doctor is that she is a bit unprofessional. No greeting to the point of being abrupt and once she had her kids roaming around in back where one had to use the toilet to take a test; it was off putting. Also I did not feel that she truly assessed my situation properly; it turned out that I had fibroids which she could have caught had she delved further. Her front desk staff was always patient and kind, however.
Dr. Kini is an example of a doctor who tries her best with what little information she has....she moves you through the 15 minute appointment through the computer, there is very little communication....I saw her only once & knew she was under qualified, she also prescribed an antibiotic called Ciproflaxin(which is now off the market)without the results of a urine specimen, which by the way had to be done at my lab as she does not do them in her office, she also doesnt give flu shots? Getting back to the antibiotic Ciproflaxin, I had a severe allergic reaction.....research needed when looking for a PCP.... the one star is for the kindness of the staff
I saw Dr Kini a few years ago when I first got my own insurance. This was back when she still wrote scripts for pain killers. I had a herniated disc and was in constant pain with shooting pains going down my leg constantly in the 8/9 on the pain scale. Back then I didnt know anything about pain killers beyond Vicodin which was what I had been on for about a year and it wasnt really helping, I asked her if she could give me something stronger so she writes me a script for 10mg percocet these work but I was taking to many and they have acetaminophen in them so I ask her if we can switch to something that lasts longer , if anyone knows pain killers you knows this is very possible she could have simply given me a script for 10mg oxycotin.....exact same meds oxycotin its just extended release and would of been perfect......no instead she says oh they have these patches you wear and they last 3 days so not knowing what they are and thinking its just another pain killers I get a script for fentanyl patches....about 12 hours after putting my first patch on I am vomiting and sicker than I have ever been in my life from what I believe was an overdose.....back then I just thought I must be experiencing bad side effects.See her again and tell her how sick they made me......rather then try anything different we go right back to the percs.....same problem as before Im using them way to fast and of course i run out early and so she says she wont write me any more until I go see pain doctor....I do....they recommend a longer lasting pain killers....specifically oxys or methadone....AGAIN she keeps me on percs...I run out early 3 months in a row every time telling her they just dont get the job done....rather then listen to any of the specialist she sends me too or doing any fucking research herself she tells me I just cant be your doctor anymore so Im left without a doctor with extreme pain and now a physical addiction to opioids with no way to get any more which also meant that was the week I got to find out what withdrawls were. Luckily I found a awesome pcp who got me to a surgeon and a pain management doctor....he didnt know how to treat me so he sent me to people who did which is what she should of done in the first place.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
