Dr. Angeles is in charge of my mother’s hospice treatment. I found out this morning that he overrode me and the hospice nurse and nurse practitioner and prescribed medication for my mother that we did not want to use yet. He said I was informed of this change and this was a lie. I was not informed and would not have approved this. I am looking into filing a formal complaint against him and his hospice. This is not acceptable.

Dr. Angeles does not care about his patients (especially Medicare Patients) and in general is very rude. He does not read his patients charts prior to walking into the exam room and does not follow through on commitments of referrals. When questioned, he made the statement that he "has a lot of patients" and can't be expected to know the details of one particular patient. When I asked him to refer to the patient's chart and share the date in which a referral was made, he was unable to do so. He lied and said he called 2-3 weeks ago but in fact upon following up, he never made the call. This is not the type of doctor you want caring for anyone.

Doctors office is rude and incompetent , Rizza the front desk lady is very rude , screams on the phone and belittles patients . I signed papers to have Kaiser send lab results to this office and they didn’t do they’re due diligence to make sure they were looking at correct work. They realized they were looking at a xRay from years back and began to scream at me and tell me to email them my results because she was to lazy to request the CORRECT work from Kaiser . STAY AWAY FROM THIS DOCTORS OFFICE.

Here i am, sitting in his waiting room, waiting to be seen by dr. Angeles at 1300pm.I arrived at 1245 and was told by a younger filipino doctor to take a seat and a receptionist will call. 1315 rolls around and finally a receptionist asks for my nameIt is now 200pm. And i see patients rollin in n out of his office..and i am still in the waiting room.I am going to get a copy of my medical record from him and never return to this ridiculous establishment again. I am removing my family from his care and only wish that his facility gets shutdown for this piss poor service.Over 1 hour and 15 minutes...and i am typing this from his waiting room.UnbelievableMarcus navarro

He is rude and constantly late. He barely asked us questions and just prescribed medicine to us while recommending a surgery procedure. DO NOT GO TO HIM FOR YOUR MEDICAL NEEDS.
