I love the doctor and nurse practioners but the front dest staff is AWFUL! I am looking for a new doctors office now. Its a shame because the nurse practitioners are AMZAING! The front desk is never very helpful. Such a shame. They are the only reason I am leaving

My aunt just died yesterday, Wednesday. She was suffering from sudden memory loss. Dr. Kealey had told her that if it was emergency to come in and she would see her. So we did bring my Aunt in on Monday morning. It was quite a difficult endeavor for my aunt to even make this journey. But she was relying on what Dr. Kealey had said to her and was anticipating that if she made the effort, Dr. Kealey would see her. The front receptionist was not friendly and did not believe what we had been told. Apparently she checked with Dr. Kealey and came back to us and said Dr. Kealey would not see her. That we should go to the emergency room. We did go to the emergency room and my aunt was sent home after an examination. If Dr. Kealey had taken the time to see and examine my aunt, she might have put her in the hospital. She is my aunts doctor and knows her condition well. I am sorry that Dr. Kealey was so insensitive to turn my aunt away. My aunt died two days after Dr. Kealey refused to see her.

This is a follow up. Taking over the practice from a previous doctor obviously has some issues. I cant say all was their fault, but all is well now. Location is same as previous and is easy to get to. Parking lot can get crowded but can always find a spot. Cafeteria on ground floor looks nice, though I havent tried it yet. The staff of nice and my previous NP I saw is still there.

Absolutely fantastic doctor! She takes so much time to listen and answer all questions you may have. She is very down to earth and easy to talk to. Highly recommend.

I have been calling for 3 weeks now trying to get a hold of someone to make an appointment as a new patient.  I have gotten the answering service several time because they are never in the office and when they are in the office I never get an answer.  Thank God I read the other review.  I will not be coming here.

The staff is absolutely not caring at all.... its so ridiculous thats it almost funny in a twisted way. Extremely hard to get an appointment even if your sick.... told them I wasnt feeling good and that something is wrong and they had me schedule my appointment for 2 months from that time!!! I said that was absolutely absurd! So I scheduled anyways and requested blood work that took 3 weeks to get!!! I made several follow up calls with new return call back. The time I finally got Amonia on the phone, she said she faxed it over to the lab... after fasting and going to the lab.... guess what!!! My lab order wasnt there!! So I called back and resolved. A couple of days go by, I figure I better call for my results because theses people arent gonna call me, Adeline tells me that I cant get my results until my appointment!!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? So I dont have the right to know whats going on with me??? PLEASE BE YOUR OWN PATIENT ADVOCATE AND GO TO A PLACE THAT RESPECTS YOU AS A HUMAN BEING

I have been a patient of Dr. Kealey’s for years. She treats her patients well. However, I just called with concerns regarding some very painful symptoms, and the gentleman receptionist, after listening to me, literally just said to me ; “ Sooo, what to you want us to do about it.” I suggested maybe passing along the information to Dr. Kealey?I’m literally stunned.

Dr. Kealey is one of the most accurate, concerned doctors out there....she will not allow any stone unturned when it comes to your health, she will seek out all information to find a diagnosis.........Stellar! Once you see her & understand her attention to her patients health needs, you will not go elsewhere.....I unfortunately had to move to other doctors as she moved her practice to Mary's Help Hospital, as I do not drive & cannot find a way over...I believe I will be looking forever....no one comes close to her caliber.........

Dr. Kris Kealey is excellent. She takes the time to listen, gets the tests in/results. But her office administrative staff needs to improve their office structure is antiquated. needs a new office manager. The nurses are very good.
