I’m writing this on behalf of my mother who is a patient. One, this doctor doesn’t care about her patients. She only cares about prescribing medications without considering side effects. Two, very condescending. She told my mom she was “irritating” because my mother dared to ask about the long term effects of a medication. This doctor asked her rudely, “Do you want to take it not?!” That is the worst bedside manners my mother has ever encountered. Do NOT go to this doctor!

I am a new patient. Dr. Carrillo saw me and interacted with me the first time. I would say she’s good with what she does but her front desk people was so disorganized. The first time I was scheduled to see Dr Carrillo was July 1,2020. When I got to the office and checked in the girl who was one of the front desk receptionists told me that she was trying to call me to cancel the appointment. She then found out after asking my phone # that the last digit was incorrect. She rescheduled me for 7/9 but instead of 10 am she wrote 10 pm. I verified the time with her and she corrected it. After seeing Dr Carrillo that day of 7/9 I was given another appointment schedule 7/23/2020 for a follow up visit. I also did my blood work on 7/9. However, 2days before 7/23, someone from Dr Carrillo’s office cancelled my appointment again and suggested to do a Teledoc on 7/28/2020@ 7:30 AM. I agreed but on 7/28/2020 I received NO Call until 10 AM I was waiting. I decided to call Dr. Carrillo’s office. I talked to someone in the office and asked why didn’t I get a Call and the Teledoc didn’t happen. I heard so many excuses from her and I believe she has No Idea about the Teledoc appointment that I have for that day. I tried to be understanding but this is so frustrating to dealt with.

I recently got my health insurance and chose this doctor as my primary care physician. I called the office many times to get an appointment so she/he, Im not sure if this doctor is male or female, could prescribe medicine for a very bad cold. I got their answering service each time and left them messages which no one ever responded to. After a week, I called my insurance and changed my doctor. What a nice welcoming they had for me! Horrible experience. Find yourself another doctor, please

I love doctor Carrillo. She is the best doctor that ive ever had. The place is always packed and there is always a wait but when its my turn she makes me feel like there is no other patients scheduled for the rest of the day. I have never had a bad experience here. Well except once when she wasnt there and i had to see her partner.

First time that I have been treated poorly by the staff in a dortor’s office. I’m a Filipino and it’s like in the Philippines were you’re in a government hospital or clinic. The office is so disorganizedand you don’t have any choice but to go alongsince you are poor and you don’t have a insurance.You wait forever to get called and the staff hasno customer service training at all, zero. It’s likelike you’re a place we’re everyone is uneducated!!

I love dr. Carrillo. Like, i mean love! Im in my forties and shes the best doctor ive ever had. My son goes to her also and hes 23. He likes her as well. Very pleased. Im not a fan of her colleague. We had to see him when we were sick and she had the day off. I wasnt a fan.

I agree that Dana is very rude!  She thinks shes important but she really isnt.  Dr. Carillo should really look into this.

If you care about your health, then this practice is not for you! Very unprofessional, no bedside manners, staff are very very rude specially the medical assistant name DANA, I believe she needs more training and her attitude is extremely unacceptable
