The woman answers phone is EXTREMELY TOO RUDE
Underated hospital but I got the best treatment here. You may never agree with me but this is how I feel and received from them. Hospitals now a days are full and try to consider they’re under staff due to pandemic but I appreciate all their efforts doing their best they can to attend to our medical needs. Starting from the ER nurses (Ivan, Shannon, Jessica)and doctors then I was admitted to a medical room. Nurses and staffs from the 10th floor medical room who are so respectful and caring special mention is nurse Annabel for being helpful and she cheered me up always. To the young, respectful nurses Mary and Sherna. Maricar, Edith, Agnes and Christian ( who wheeled me down to MRI section with his beautiful stories) thank you all. GI specialist Dr. Tsukiyose thanks for your expertise. Kudos to all of you for the awesome medical service given to me. I’ll never forget this hard but sweet experience I had with you. God bless you all.
Bad experience, rude staff during pandemic time, bad structure, really awful
took a friend here last night for a reason i rather not say. however the reason nonetheless was indeed an emergency and a reason to be treated with care, which this place lacks. no empathy what so ever. nurses are extremely rude and do not wear their face covering properly. they treated my friend poorly and practically yelled at her during a time where she could not articulate herself. lights are flickering and the doctors clearly do not care. this place made me as a visitor feel unwelcome. would never ever recommend going to this place in the event of an emergency.
I'm only giving Seton 2 stars because I didn't die there. I was admitted to the er & then the hospital for renal failure & covid. Dr. Josephus Sanjorjo is a good Dr. Some of the others are awful. Same with the nurses. Discharge nurses are THEE worst. They were supposed to release me after 2 weeks but they "miscommunicated" or they wanted to up the billing by a few days. And now I'm drowning in bills. You know what I'm changing it to one star.
Outrageous pricing and totally ridiculous customer support.I spoke to 2 doctors and they drew blood and charged me over 6 thousand dollars which only half of which could be covered by insurance. There was nothing additional, I sat in a bed with an EKG and had my blood drawn, and I spoke to 2 doctors. They do not disclose pricing. They would not even ballpark the cost. This is completely unacceptable and abusive. These people should be ashamed.
Super good and profesional customer service , respectfully all the time , efficient, clean , emergency area under control , sanitizer, I'm glad the we have a food please working there , the most important comment is they all been súper profesional , best public server ever , Freddy and the others nurses was amazing 100% satisfied my name is Oliver bracamonte hank you for everything
I highly recommend, I am so grateful to this hospital.
No medical care provided, no medical screening exam was done. I came in with severe leg pain (burning and numbness), ongoing all day, and was NOT seen by a medical provider and was NOT provided a medical screening exam. They called in people (old and young) who came before me and after me and just kept telling me to wait. Cannot believe I am in the American medical care system. Worst experience ever! Shame on the entire staff and hospital!
Registration for emergency room is a mess, the women are lazy and would rather have conversation than help people that are waiting.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
