I went in late at night having a difficult time breathing. The doctor there was amazing and listened to all of my concerns. He was empathetic and created a course of action that best suited my needs. This is the first time I've had an encounter with a doctor who listened to my concerns. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff were very cordial and thorough with everything as well. We came back the next day for my son who had difficulty with coughing and they were very compassionate and gentle with him as well. Both doctors in their wisdom and care got us on the right treatments for our family. We are so thankful for such a wonderful team of doctors and staff that we know we can trust and refer others to!
Excellent, efficient care! Had to have stitches, and they were kind, quick, the facility is clean and pleasant. Couldn't recommend enough! Also, they stay open later than others - until 9pm, so didn't get stuck going to the ER.
We were in Laguna for a wedding and started feeling sick. Three of us tested positive for covid. It was the weekend and it was Sunday night. My daughter noticed that Accelerated Urgent Care was still open. She called them and the receptionist told us to come over. She checked us in, the nurse took us back and gave us another covid test. The doctor came in and saw us told us we were positive and gave us the prescription for the medication. It was all done professionally and we didn't have to wait very long. Thank goodness they were opened on a Sunday late at night!
This is the worst place ever! I wondered why no one was there. The nurse practitioner that works there is the worst. He knew nothing. Don't go there.
Absolutely false advertising - I’m literally still in the waiting room after 30 minutes and there was only one person before me Update - after almost 50 Minutes waiting had to call other urgent care and see their wait time and they could get me in so I left
Great customer service from great healthcare providers 👌
Genuinely the sweetest people I have had take care of me. Super helpful and quick. Would recommend to anyone!
I had the great pleasure of meeting these great folks on the 4th of August 2023. I had broken a couple of toes and couldn’t find my Medicare card which the receptionist was more than able to locate and facilitate the check in. The wait was relatively short for a Friday and I was diagnosed, x-rayed and my toe was set and got a walking shoe. This staff was well oiled and super efficient working together. I was able to see an orthopedic doctor in San Diego four days later and he said the work and x-ray were excellent. These people have restored my faith in the medical profession and I didn’t need to go through 15 computer prompts to speak with a human. Thank you all. Reed Lienhart
My girlfriend and I were in a car accident and went to this Urgent Care. We both waited about an hour each, and no one was waiting before us. Initially, Acceleration Urget Care was going to charge me over $500 for a co-pay. My co-pay clearly states $t0 on the Anthem insurance card. They also wanted a personal credit card on file. For what? This was an auto insurance claim, and we provided all the necessary information. I felt I was being scammed. No Urgent Care ever asked me to keep a credit card on file. The nice employee said there was no corporate information when I wanted to complain. Never going back.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
