Posting another review because I had originally complained about how two separate times I went my Botox did not work and did not freeze my forehead in the slightest. The owner then replied to me basically telling me it was me and I should just get fillers. That's bullshit because I went somewhere else and it worked! I saw the results within a week. Why don't you get better products and stop blaming your clients, do better.Also, they told me that I wasn't the only one with the problem. They said a few women had complained that they had no results from their Botox injections at Gladstone and they had to be accommodated just like me for more. You're telling me EVERYONE ELSE is the issue? Also the wife is the rudest most entitled person I've ever met. That's all I'll say about that.

Don't Go!! I purchased a Groupon to have some Coolsculpt treatment for my legs. As soon as I arrived and started talking to this lady that she didn't even introduce herself but she had a strong Russian accent.She didn't even let me talk, the only thing she wanted was my credit card and charge me up front for something I didn't even want to! Then she told me to cancel my Group On because they charge her. Don't advertise in Group On then!!Then She was pushing so hard for me to have a Liposuction! but that's not even why i went there in first place.After 1 hour of ME trying to convince HER I didn't want a liposuction I left without having anything done.Waste of time and money!!

I am really sad that I even have to write this review because I want to say first and foremost that the staff at this clinic are incredible, specifically the women at the front desk who handle appointments and customer requests. I got Botox a few months ago, about 30 units which was $300. Mind you I am only 26 and have a small forehead, they really did not need to use 30 units in fact the person that was injecting me had six units that she didn't know what to do with and even asked me where I would like the rest placed. Come over a month later it looked like I had not received Botox at all as I was still getting very deep lines. I called the clinic and asked for help in terms of why my forehead was not frozen and why I paid $300 for something that was not working. It took two months to be seen again and getting quite angry for them to "fix" the issue. They told me they could only give me 10 units even though I had paid for 30 that didn't work. They gave me the 10 units and come two months later my forehead is not frozen at all and still has very deep lines and a lot of movement. I'm very frustrated that something that was clearly not Botox was injected into my forehead and that I paid money for something that did not work. There was no urgency to get seen or fix the issue. They did not call me to see if it had worked. and therefore I am writing this review. I am angry that I have lines at all let alone deep ones after paying so much money and waiting a total of about four months. On top of everything else I drove an hour one way so I can meet was a total of two hours for this bullshit.

Terrible company. STAY AWAY!!!! I received Dysport from Diana and my eyelid on one side has dropped so badly it looks like I've had a stroke! I called them and they asked me to send photos and made me wait severals days saying Dr. Gladstone was on vacation, then Shana called me and said Dr. Gladstone 'may or may not' be able to fix it, but he would see me. I live over one hour away and so I said no I did not want to waste my time and end up looking a greater mess than I do now. I asked for my money back and all of a sudden I got a call back saying Dr. Gladstone could for sure fix it as this is his expertise. At this point I do not trust anyone who is part of this organization, so I refused and again asked for my money back. They refused to refund me. In the meantime, I'm just waiting for the Dysport to wear off. NEVER AGAIN.

Called multiple times and left messages for a week with no response, when someone finally did pick up I was told they would call back in 20 minutes which they did not. Called again for a week and finally got an appointment. Two days before my appointment I got a call that my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I work full time and had to request time off for this appointment so now not only was I not being seen but lost money. After reading the other reviews I'm glad I decided to go somewhere else. Terrible communication and no respect for patients.

I received Juvederm to my lips and the injector botched me! My lips are super lumpy, uneven, and my top lip is a lot bigger then my bottom lip. The injector basically told me she didn't know what she was doing and injected me hella times putting the smallest amount in each time. I have had my lips done before and this experience was by far the worst! I would NEVER recommend this office to anyone. I'm not sure why they would have an injector who knows nothing about lips so fillers, very irresponsible on the clinics part! Now I will have to pay more money just to reverse this botched job! If I could give negative stars I would! Don't waste your money here!

The receptionist Marie /or Maria is pretty rude. She would purposely not answer my call to ignore the billing situation that I am trying to solve so that I can further my treatment. When it was THEIR Billing department who messed this all up in the first place. Oh! But when she does answer me, she cuts me off by stating an answer of what she thinks I will ask. The other MAs / Receptionist's like Nicole (bless her soul) and Alejandra are very sweet and will take the time to listen to my concerns and will do their best to provide what they can. Finally, Dr. Gladstone, he also seemed a little unwelcoming and gave off this energy that made it seem like he's done this treatment many times, which he probably has, but he shouldn't give off the "I'm over it" vibe to someone who is new here. He didn't bother talking to me about the procedure or conversate with me. It was my first time there so I thought he would at least hear what I have to say. Instead, he interrupted me too by assuming what I will say/ask...very unfortunate.

Had a terrible experience today with Gladstone clinic! super disappointing since my first visit was so good.Went in for some basic mole removals, and was quoted a set price for them. Had half of them removed on the first visit, and waited on the other two due to the doctors recommendation. I paid up front for all of them having been promised that I wouldn't be charged anything additional to complete the procedure at a later date. Returned today to take care of my last two, Only to be told that they made a mistake on the price, and now wanted to charge me another 250 to complete the job that had already paid in full on the first visit. I explained the situation, and asked that they honor their original promise to me, which the girls tried to do, but when they asked the doctor who was in charge of this,he firmly refused to budge and honor the original price promised to me. This says a lot about a business name and the character of who's running it when they make mistakes, but then punish their customers for those mistakes. I left immediately, as I refuse to give my business and hard earned money to someone who would do this. I won't be returning for anything in the future, and would never recommend a business that refuses to work with people and honor agreements. This is a shame because all the girls who work at the front desk, and the other doctor who cared for me are a the absolute sweetest, did a great job and are so helpful. Be very weary giving your money here.

My experience with this business started bad and ended bad. I won't even go over the inconvenience of booking an appointment. Got there for my Botox appointment and was seen by the wife. I have been doing Botox on my forehead for long time. Every clinic I visited recommended 20 units and it always worked for me. This lady argues that 25 units is what is needed. I asked her to show me that she is injecting the correct number of units that she is charging me for but suddenly she blushed, told me that she will call the go for to show me. The husband came over and never showed me anything. He was full of himself and excellent actor. Paid and left but didn't have a good feeling. I waited 3 weeks yet no results. Called the office and texted 3 times. No answer !!! Run don't walk, they will rip you off blind.

No Katerina.Absolutely not a fake review.This did happen as I described.Now it's many years on and stillbear the brunt of the Doctor'smistake.
