Would be a five star if the office operations were any good

After this office made a couple of changes to my appt time & place, I arrived and waited over an hour for the Dr. The receptionist made no mention that the doctor was running late or how long it would be. After waiting 45mins, I asked how much longer & was told, “...the patient that went in has a 15 min appt. So 15 mins.” I finally walked out after about 20 more mins. Unprofessional office staff. Apparently this dr & his staff have no concern or respect for their patients time. If I was an hour late, I’m sure they would have cancelled my appt.
