This is the most disappointing experience with a medical provider Ive had in the 10 years dealing with ulcerative colitis. I went to FCS in St Petersburg and had a lovely experience. The faculty and doctors did everything they could to ensure timely infusions that matched my changing schedule.This location however not only selected a specific date and time for me saying that anything else I have going on doesnt matter they couldnt even follow the prescription from my GI properly. It took 2 months 6 attempts for them to even receive my file and another 3 weeks to schedule me. I am behind on my treatment and at risk of rejection due to their negligence.This is not a review on FCS as a whole just this specific location

My dad had a heart attack and was rushed to this hospital rather then addressing the heart attack they did a ct scan of his abdpel for abd pain....then tried to tell me they can see a PE on a ct abdpel with no contrast I replied are you retarded? I am a ct tech dont sit here and lie to me. Schedule heart surgery for 11am at 5pm told surgery is cancelled all supplies used up it will be at least 1 week till more come in. Are you joking? Dont scan right thing then run out of supplies and told to go home and wait a week you must be out of your mind. I worked for Florida Hospital and this is the exact reason I quit dont trust anyone
