Not sure why I was told to check in 15 minutes before my appointment; arrived as told and the place was locked. Not fun trying to entertain a toddler for an extra 15 minutes while waiting. I would think at least they should have had the lobby open.Anyhow, once inside and checked in, service was prompt and professional. The NP on duty was kind ND engaging with my daughter. Quick in-and-out service that we were pleased with.

Always pleasant and really listen to why you came in. Very fast service. Second time I've been here  will definitely come back when the need arises

The Medical Assistant that greeted us at the door was so unprofessional and came across very cold and insensitive. My insurance cannot be accepted. She proceeded to provide us payment options. Before making a decision on payment, I called my insurance company for best available options and questions about billing. While I was waiting for a insurance rep to come to the phone, out of nowhere the Medical Assistant asked "do you NOT have a credit card?"Wow. Really? Did she just really ask me that? Assuming my ability to not be able to pay?Never coming here again. Period. Management needs to do better in training their employees.

What a wonderful addition to Sutter care in Davis! I had an awful cold with fever & needed to rule out influenza. It was after hours and my situation didn’t warrant going to Urgent Care. I was so impressed with the entire process. The facility is so clean; the staff was so professional, and efficient. Shout out to my care provider Tyla Healton and the wonderful nurse who assisted her. Thanks to you both.

Took my 5yo daughter in with pink eye/cold symptoms yesterday and got a "it's just a virus, let it run its course." Tonight her ear drum ruptured. The staff was nice and very chatty, but no one thought to look in her ears! She's been in agony and tears for hours because basic care wasn't provided by checking the ears of a child with cold symptoms.Now that it ruptured she is finally sleeping peacefully, but antibiotics 16hrs ago could have avoided this damage and tears altogether.

It was my first time going in to Sutter Walk-In Care. I had a VERY PLEASANT experience. I went in to get a pre-employment health exam and TB risk assessment. Angela at the front desk was friendly and quick to help. Michele Dernay, PAC administered my health exam and TB assessment. She was SO kind and sincere, and went above and beyond in caring for me during my visit. My whole experience was just quick and painless.. a huge contrast from my past experiences at other urgent care locations.

Had stomach trouble and regular doc was booked, they advised me to see Urgent Care. Nice facility but despite my fancy Anthem/UC Care insurance they refused to tell me how much it would cost saying I needed to call my insurance. Oh well back to the less slick but more transparent urgent care on Fermi pl!
