This is first class care. People may have to wait, but that’s reasonable: there are people much sicker or injured who need to be treated first. The doctors, nurses, and staff are always doing their best.

I had to wait almost 2 hours to see a doctor, but it was so worth it! Dr. Sotak was kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He gave me the meds I needed to begin healing - he gave me hope!

Dr. Sotak is one of the best Dr. I've ever seen. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. In spite the fact that they were very busy, patients were called quickly and in spite of that he spent good amount of time addressing all my issues. Never felt rushed. On the other hand Dr. Le is very rude, not compassionate at all, really rushing me and it appeared they were not busy. One other patient in the lobby. I asked myself, because I am very polite to the doctors, how can she be so rude and trying to get red of me so quickly but I never bother anyone at work so I am posting it here instead. Watch out for her and don't take it personal. Maybe she had a bad day.

I had a wonderful time at Urgent Care. I test my self for Covid and showed positive. I checked in Urgent Care on Sunday afternoon and was seen right away. I was retested again for Covid and showed positive. Dr. Le examined for my symptoms and prescribed the medications right away to CVS. Dr. Le was compassionate and professional.

Wonderful that medical help is available when your primary care doctor is not available and during off hours. Check-in was easy and the staff professional, personable and friendly.

The care was quick and apparently effective. However the Sutter organization continues to baffle me. I had made an appointment at Sutter Walk-in but they called before the appointment to say that they could not treat me and to go to Urgent Care. No reason was given and this is not the first time this has happened. Sutter specializes in maintaining an impersonal, illogical structure.
