I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Tarabrina and her team! I meet with her over the phone, and even from a distance, she’s made a huge impact on my life. She met me where I was at—especially with my hectic lifestyle. I was in a dark place with Graves’ disease and alopecia, and I had lost a substantial amount of hair. Other doctors wanted to destroy my thyroid, but she took a different, well-researched approach, and it worked. She helped me balance my hormones, get my cycles back on track, and regrow my hair. She’s the kind of doctor who does her research, gives grace, and creates space for you to have grace with yourself too. I truly wish I could give her a big hug after every call. I’m and very thankful and blessed to be in her care. And the team? Absolutely wonderful. The front desk is kind and on top of everything, no endless phone tag, just support and follow-through.

I had a great experience here for my immigration medical exam. The process was quick, organized, and Brandi made everything feel easy. The clinic had a calm and welcoming environment. I appreciated how efficient and professional everyone was from start to finish. Highly recommend for anyone needing this service!

I was referred to Dr Kremer for help with my psoriasis. When I made this appointment I told the receptionist the reason I wanted to see him and who I was referred by. I told her I would be coming from a city close to the boarder and this would be a long drive for me. I don’t know how I could have been more clear but apparently I wasn’t clear enough because when Dr Kremer came into the room he asked me what I was doing about my weight. I calmly explained that I’ve recently lost 50 lbs and I’m not here about my weight. Then he asked me about my diet when I tried to show him my skin condition he says he can refer me to dermatology but he doesn’t work with skin conditions. He then went back to the topic that he felt was the most important, my weight. Not that it matters but I’m only a size 14 and this was far from a healthy conversation, mentally for any person especially one that has had an eating disorder in the past. This provider needs current education on HAES, and make sure to learn about individual’s primary concerns before addressing a known sensitive topic like obesity. I was triggered to stop eating again. Anyone that would have witnessed this would have been upset with the way I was treated. He was quick to hand me his cookbook and tell me to look up a doctor on YouTube about my low carb diet. This all without knowing any of my history around dieting, exercise, and chronic medical conditions that make it impossible to eat vegan. It was the worst medical experience of my 45 years and I would not recommend this provider.

This is a great medical facility. The staff and Doctors are polite friendly and professional. Parking is easy to find and it's in a great neighborhood for lunch after. Close to the beach as well. Go here for your medical needs by all means
