The service is incredible. You really feel that you are in good and safe hands when you see Dr. Crosby. I have been a client for years now and I will be a client for the rest of my life. So will my children, that is how safe I feel here

Dr. Michelle Crosby is the Creme De La Creme of Ophthalmologist! She is extremely thorough, personable and takes the time to explain, educate and answer any and all questions as it relates to her exam and finding. I can honestly say I have NEVER had a better or more thorough routine eye exam. Additionally, Kyle Vance, the licensed Option, is also a large part of the reason for my 5 star review. He is exceptional not only as a Licensed Optician that is clearly highly knowledgeable and well versed in the latest advances in lenses, but also in his relational skills. Despite what I would call an arduous effort to assist me in finding what I was looking for, Kyle was extremely patient, kind, professional and very accommodating even though it was close to closing time. His demeanor is both welcoming and calming and certainly made me feel I was a valued customer. Just got my new Ray Ban wrap around prescription sun glasses from Coastal Skin and Eye and they are awesome. They have to be, because I mountain bike all the time and need just the right amount of polarized shading plus my prescription to avoid hitting obstacles on the trail and crashing. Anyway, Kyle really helped me pick out the perfect pair. He really knows his lenses and really helped me dial in my glasses for best trail performance. Thanks Kyle!

Friendly and professional staff that are very informative and seem to genuinely care. They offer a wide spectrum of services ranging from general skin care to cosmetic procedures and also have an ophthalmologist offering a full range of services for eye health. Would highly recommend this office!!

The best service in my 20 year history of buying eye wear. Had to buy a pair of mid-range glasses for both music and computer use, a tough requirement. If there were more than 5 gold stars, Coastal Skin and Eye Institute would have them. I've had to wear glasses my entire life, for decades. Because of a complicated prescription, it's always been a challenge to find eye specialists and lab who could accommodate my vision needs. At Coastal Skin and Eye Institute, it was "one-stop-shopping." Dr. Michelle Crosby (an M.D. and Ph.D. ophthalmologist and surgeon) and Randy (optician) were responsive, knowledgeable, courteous, thorough in their assessment and measurements, willing to patiently work with me on what I needed. They took the extra time to double check measurements and do research on technical issues related to my prescription. They "have it all," eye care (i.e., exams, treatment) and eye wear (i.e., wide selection of designer frames). It's now my "go to" place for vision needs. I highly recommend them.
