Called to see if they do walk-ins and the girl on the phone says yes. Get there 5 minutes later and no go to the Urgent Care so I go down a few doors and they say no that’s for the Women’s Center. So I go back and the fat lady in the gray polo says no you’d need to go to your OB.

Have had nothing but great experiences here. Doctors are informative and answer any questions I may have.The wait to be seen is my favorite part! They always get me in within 5-10minutes. And I love that they are not attached to an urgent care. Worth the drive from Palm Desert to not have to sit in a waiting room with 50 other people! The staff is always smiling and friendly as well. They deserve to be rewarded for treating each person as individuals and not just another pregnant chick walking in the door. It’s nice to feel heard even though they’ve probably heard it a million times.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Absolute joke of an establishment. It took them almost an hour after my girlfriends appointment time to see her. Almost every woman that came in after my girlfriend got seen and was out the door before her. Doors are constantly being slammed as well. Absolutely horrible.

As a long time patient, I have seen this clinic, and Borrego in general, go downhill.  The main reason is the physician - Clayton Barbour.  I have heard him screaming at patients.  Me thinks he needs to retire or get some help.  I understand the pandemic has been hard on providers, but his behavior pre-dates it.  There is no excuse for his behavior.  How it affect his medical judgment is too frightening to think about

Was, Okey. Long line, to wait. So many people in need to see Dr. Security person is on duty, which in actual crazy, times is big plus. People, should be thankful for help like that, is for everyone. Sorry, no photos. 😃👌

***don't come here* so unhelpful and turned me away when I had a Chrohns flare up. They proceeded to tell me that I been to other places before for help and I should just go there??! What on earth are they talking about? I even told them I have not. They did not care since the nurse didn't want to help me. So I had to go to emergency in desert regional medical center even though I wasn't an emergency I just needed antibiotics to control my flare up. Since they didn't want to help aid me and told me to basically go somewhere else like "I have before". Just wow.  I'm surprised this place is still running but to turn away patients like that is so unprofessional. I wasn't going to argue with such crazy thing!  So I kept my composure and left. Nurse was unnecessarily rude Just very upsetting experience and bothers me. People dont like to do their job here? There's always a negative experience But the only place in town. I'm still confused as to how this could happen! I was in the ER all night for antibiotics and watched a stab victim get their body dropped in front while people fled. It was not a great outcome to visit this place and made my situation 100x worse..why work in healthcare if you DONT CARE?? Question of the day.

Dr. Robert Fontanilla is one of the best doctors we have ever had. He always goes above and beyond to answer any questions or concerns we might have. He is always kind, understanding, and welcoming. Not to mention hilarious! He is very knowledgeable about many different things and it actually feels like he cares about his patients. We wouldn't want to go to anyone else! Thanks Rob.

It has been a wonderful experience since the beginning. Starting with Joe, the receptionist, pharmacy, lab, everyone are just really so professional. I can’t thank them enough for their excellent service and good attitude. They make u feel confortable and help on any request I had. I always been keen on going to any clinic in the past but not anymore since I found Borrego Clinic. I may sound like a paid advertisement but I am not. I am just grateful that I found a place where I feel confortable to get health care. I just wanna put out there how a great experience has been there for me.
