I had some really bad pain in my shoulder and I called and I was told to come in. I got there and within minutes, 15 maybe, I was taken back. Ten minutes pass and the doctor comes in. I was in and out within 45 minutes or so that includes getting three shots. This office is better than Car City.

This place is less competent than a drunk behind the wheel. If you need covid testing. Go to rite aid. They schedule you when they can take you. Not just to schedule you.

Great doctor's nurses and staff providing superb care. Friendly and clean.

Unprofessional and unreliable staff. Front desk never answers the phone. The average wait time being on hold is upwards of 20 minutes even if you call during “slow hours.” Rarely are the doctors and front desk staff on the same page with patient information, causes unnecessary frustration and confusion for the patient.

Well i definitely had a wonderful experince from the minute i stepped up the stairs. I was first greeted nicely by the nursing staff who were checking to make sure you had your shots ect..., I then went inside and again was greeted with kind words from the receptionists who seemed to be smiling from behind there masks. My wait time was amazingly fast for a doctors office, wow i was impressed! Then i was met by my nurse Alex she is hands down a great nurse, she was polite, knowlegable and made me feel very comfortable cosidering i was very nervous. Last but not least the doctor, He too was very knowlegable,kind and he didnt rush me he took his time to listen to me even though i probably sounded like a highstrung crazy person lol. All in All this was a great place with wonderful staff, somebody is doing something right~Thank you!!

If you're over 18 the doctors really just rush you doesn't even seem like they're listening. Love to bill the hell out of your insurances but don't love to listen to you for more than 5 minutes to get accurate information about your symptoms. Waste of time going out there

This place canceled our appointments without making enough of an effort to let us know after we had rearranged our schedules to accommodate them weeks in advance. They were not willing to do anything to make things better or to reschedule us quickly. The receptionist instead said it was out of his hands. Avoid this place.

Horrible staff, bad standards, don't make your primary doctor here they are under qualified, take you insurance elsewhere . Any force star rating is a lie. They make appoint ment times a month ahead for urgent visits and never go the extra mile to see what's wrong. Can't believe I keep on giving them chances only thing that is easy here are blood tests
