I've been going to this office for almost two years now and now I am so fed up with it. The doctor and office staff is rude and unprofessional. I cannot believe a doctor that slut shame me over a visit that I made because I was afraid that I am pregnant and fat shame me when they check my weight by commenting on how much pounds I've put on and how it is better to be skinny. I am 5'4 and 120lb. This happened once but the staff that sits in front of the office has been consistently rude since my very first visit. She likes to say "I don't know what you are talking about" to all the documents you receive from the office lol. I don't understand how the front office person can be this unfriendly and dismissive of patients. There are few really nice staff and nurses who have helped me there but the rude staffs outweigh the good experience I have there it's unfortunate because some were really sweet. I am about to change my doctor but wanted to let potential patients know about my experience so they can make better decisions. I think they won't be mean to you if you are over 60 and are Korean, which is their major client body.

I interviewed him to be my Primary Care Physician under Medicare. I am 83. I've seen many doctors -- even ones that came to your house and gave you an injection and charged $5. Yes, in the 1940s. This doctor has same skills and knowledge I expected.

This place is a joke. Few months ago, my wife and I went there to pick up our medical records and we were told we couldn't obtain them. Instead we were told our doctor or lawyer had to request them by filling out the Authorization of Release form. How crazy is that? They refused to give us our own records!

The initial appointment was the worst first off they didn't have the insurance right then I had to do the follow/up. the front desk staff have no inviting nature, no smiles, no hello's but know how to ask for the co/pay. my husband recently went to see his Dr. they talked he asked questions also my husband the one that angered me the most is when he told me the Dr. had said you have to go home and deal with it. my husband is a diabetic and has swelling in in foot what is that to say to someone that has had 4 surgeries. I'm not impress to say the least, and to top it off my Dr. is in the same office but a gem I have no Issue with her at all. I would not recommend this Dr.

The worst thing about this doctor office is that most of the staff at the front desk or answering the phone are not well trained. They can speak limited English, and very rude. And I do not know how a doctor office can lose patient's medical records as well. Yes that's happened to me. I am not Korean, and I have a more complicated name for them I guess. Every time I go in the office, they would have trouble with my name and finding my file. Also, they never follow up, nor refer you to anywhere. I once took a urine test where they supposed to call me the next two days for results, nothing happened. I called a week later and told me that the urine was no good and I need to do the test again. I did go back and they didnt call for results again. I called and they said I have some sort of infections, need to see a gynecologist, will refer me. guess what, couple months later and I still havent see no gynecologist.

when my moms condition seem to get worst without any progress and Dr. choi was resorting to switching back and forth between meds. i asked him politely if he could refer her to a internal specialist so they could take a closer look at what is going on. and he scoffed at me and said he too was an internal specialist and wouldn't refer us to anyone. finally the day came when my mom was in a lot of pain.i called his office to ask him what to do. and his woman staff picked up the phone and lectured me not to call the doctors office to ask questions...i was furious...and later when my mom ended up in ER..hospitalized for 2.5 weeks..a doctor there diagnosed her and..we switched doctors after that.i think any good doctors should put the health and safety of the patient first before their ego..and should educate their staff to respect patients..especially when they call in because of an emergency...
