如果可以我希望给0星。这个医生诊所的前台非常糟糕。同一件事情，需要一次又一次的看诊。因为前台人员的疏忽，患者需要为同一件事情一次次的支付费用。虽然我有保险cover，但是这也和诈骗没有什么区别。一件很简单的事情。8个月都没有解决。真的不想再去这个诊所。

Perhaps Dr. Chen isn't aware of the steady decline in the quality of service at his practice. Perhaps he's too busy opening new urgentcare locations. For the past couple of years I have been thinking of changing doctors because of his lack of interest in the poor service his patients receive. I hope he takes notice and makes some constructive improvements soon.

Have been going to Dr. Chen for many years. He is great, when one gets to see him. Most of the time though one gets to see a PA or a Nurse Practioner. There's a high turnover of those so there's no consistency. His front office staff is too slow and unresponsive. Hold time on the phone can easily be anywhere from 30-50 mins. God help you if the call gets dropped or disconnected. And if you get the voicemail, don't expect a call back, ever. Have thought about changing doctors just because of that.
