For over 2-3 weeks I have been trying to get a prescription filled for my 96 year old mother who has fluid in her lungs. When I call the office I get an answering service. The answering service has tried to reach someone in the office with out any results. Dr Castro got in the phone personally and said she write the prescription herself and sadly nothing. I actually had to get in my car after numerous calls and emails to get this prescription called in. I have been sitting in the office for 20 minutes and yet know one has come out. I hope that when their mother is sick and needs a simple prescription called in she isn’t sick at this office. I

Office Staff is incompetent. I believe it starts from the top down. Routine items such as refills, referrals, appointments turn into a big ordeal. They direct you to use the portal, yet they don't check it or gloss over the messages. Having to deal with the Doctors staff shouldn't be stressful just the opposite.

Dr. Castro possesses all the qualities you’d want in doctor; good listener, empathetic, explains her prognosis well, and doesn’t make her patients feel she is rushed to see her next patient. Highly recommended!

Wish that I was able to use negative rating star rating. Dr Castro is a joke of a Dr. I have never in my life seen. Completely incompetent doctor. Her beside manner is non existing and she is rude and doesn't listen to her patients. Did not provide adequate treatment t and care to her patient. She has failed to properly diagnosis her patient multiple times.

I have been seeing this doctor for the last year and half. Every time I go to see her, she just sits on her computer and does not pay much attention to me. I have had the same problem since I started seeing her and it was just diagnosed (I have no idea how she missed all this time). After it was found, she simply dismissed me and told me to make an appointment with someone else as she could not help anymore.
