Had horrible experience with this doctor. He failed to notify his patient with his blood work findings for the past couple of years, and causing his patient to suffer from chronic kidney disease. If you really do care about your health, find yourself another doctor.

Not knowledgeable or caring about my concerns and questions. I don't know if it's due to laziness or lack of knowledge, but he didn't even try to dig deeper and get a definitive diagnosis. Nor did he even seem interested in helping me get better. Poor chairside manner, felt rushed, belittled, and like my feelings and opinions meant nothing. Very poor doctor indeed.

Dr Chan is the best Doctor in town. Dr Chan is very caring his staff is second to none. My health has improved tremendously since being in his care

Worst dr. There is. My grandfather has been going to him for a long time and I just started taking over his medical needs since he’s getting older. Dr. Chan does not examine him at all. Gives no eye contact. Has zero empathy for my papas conditions. He should have his medical license taken away.

I have been a patient for over 10 years and am always treated with professional respect and real concern. The new offices are bright and updated with lots of room in the waiting area. If he is not available his wife and professional partner is there to help with any problems. Never a problem in filling an Rx or referral to a specialist or testing facility

Dr Chan is not a responsible doctor I have ever seen. He almost not ask me anything and the visit is just a few minutes. I have not asked what I want to yet but he just referral me some lab test. I will change a doctor for sure.

Very poor professional attitude and practice. He repeatedly let me waited for over an hour then spent a little over one minute to see me while there hadn’t had too many patients. When I went to the lab as prescribed by him only to find out he forgot to sign his prescription. After I got the signature, I found out he missed one of the two boxed to be examined on original request sheet.

DO NOT GO TO THIS DOCTOR he saw me today for UNDER a minute and has been demanding I change my pcp he is cold hearted unless you are his culture. He LEFT the room in the middle of me SPEAKING to end the visit. He doesn’t care to know his patients. He refused to continue any treatment I was on from my old pcp. I will file a complaint with my insurance company and health group.
