They serve food that no one will eat it's garbage food and if a person 90+ does not eat well how much longer will they live. My Mon was fed cream of wheat that she hated. She was fine and OK and not about to die but after 19 days of inedible food her health plunged to the point that after she came back home she died in a few days. I was stunned to see her but thought that if I serve her freshly squeezed orange juice, muffins, croissants, omelets and nice chicken, fish or lamb she will recover but it was too late and I could not turn her around. After my Mom died a few days later Sylvia never even called to express her condolences. This place should be shut down, they have no morals or honesty. Summit View is taking care of my father who has dementia. The staffs really care about my dad and are doing an excellent job. They let me have a peace of mind so I can work.
