Wayne Martin's Online Review Report Card

Hong Tieu does a great job, she is very knowledgeable and i always trust her recomendation for the type of frame i should wear. I have been a patient of Dr Wayne for 18 years and even that i leave far away i choose to keep coming to see him because the care, knowledge and top technology he use.

Zero respect for their customers. When you have surgery in the morning and the doctor wants to see the patient later that afternoon, don't make them wait 90 minutes to be called in. This is the second time post-surgery where we have waited 90 minutes to be called in, only to wait another 30 minutes for anyone to come into the exam room. The doctor (not Martin) is great, but the rest of the office is an embarrassment. Need to talk to Diana to schedule an appointment? Good luck. It took 6 weeks of calling daily before she answered the phone. Leave a voicemail? You won't get a call back. Oh, and those eye drops you're supposed to use that they conveniently sell in the office.... Diana forgot to reorder them, so call back daily to see if we have them. As a business owner, I'm appalled by the lack of compassion towards patients and a total disrespect of their time. We will never go back to this practice.

First, let me say I was referred by my wife, yet never was able to schedule an appt with Dr, Martin.  After numerous attempts, left messages with no returns calls, and calls where I was left on hold for abnormally long periods of time, I was able to get an appt 2+ months out, even though I had a condition that needed to be diagnosed.  The front office was horrible and really did treat my calls as nuisances.  They were very rude and short with their questions and made me feel as though I was wasting their time.  Decided to look for another provider and found one that was the exact opposite of my experiences with Dr, Martin's office, with an even higher rating with double the reviews.  Sad, but I would never recommend this office unless they knew Dr. Martin personally and could bypass the front office entirely.  You have been warned.

The best doctor cares about the patients, not the company's very understanding and a good listener and has a very big heart for the patients.

The absolute best doctor in the universe! If you want a caring doctor this is where you should go! Dr. Martin treats you like family of his own! I highly recommend Dr.Martin! You will not be disappointed

I got referred here twice thru insurance the first time I was told I had to wait 3 to 4 weeks for a medical emergency ! Yes emergency I had iritis top cause of preventable Blindness I told the receptionist it was an emergency and he said since I was a new patient id have to wait so I got steroid script elsewhere and <a href="/redir?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwaited.it&amp;s=60ef50e894061d92c2e6277cf41e86752a439406d47e263767f2e62b8b6e5804" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">waited.it</a> got bad.three months after I finished the treatment I Flared again I called and was told the same thing I explained I was no longer a new patient and he said it was because the pandemic! Almost a month wait for a medical emergency So I called my wonderful ophthalmologist  office I had been going to over a decade and they took me same day.I'd rather pay out of pocket to start treatment than go blind   def recommend  dr innocenzi eye associates in chino they take care of their patients.  **Diamond bar location

His a ripoff to people and should be reported to the BBB.went to his office on 05/05/2021 with blurry vision they did all my tests and i left came back on 05/19/2021 where he just prescribed to me 2 kinds of glasses for far and short distance went did both glasses cost me almost $650.00 plus his visits. got my glasses with no difference at all then went with in my opinion the best DR innocenzi where he said i need a cataract surgery and i did both eyes now im 20/20 perfect vision.
