List of Yuh Huey Wang's Reviews
Office told me to see a specialist, didn't even provide lab report. Reception was very short with me, so I was afraid to ask. Patient Fusion report summary was vague and didn't include results and details. Went to see a specialist after much agony and scheduling, but was turned away because I didn't have the lab report that I needed and they failed to provide. This specialist is also very far away. Please do better.
My family and I have been coming here for decades. They are not taking new patients, unfortunately. They need to fix this detail on all their registries. I take that as saying she has good patient retention. Wang is a really good doctor, and very thorough. I don't have that much experience with Dr. Chan, so I can't say.
Dr. Wang Yuh-Huey is no longer taking new patients. Please don't believe them when they say she is.An appointment was booked specifically for Dr. Wang (not using my yelp name for the sake of my privacy and security since apparently they like to call patients and threaten them). Instead they had a Dr. Steve Chan take the appointment. So please beware that they may just want you for the co-pay and to get more patients without regards to patient requests or patient privacy. Also, keep in mind that if you feel that you are treated unfairly by them, you can report them to the Medical Board of California at mbc.ca.gov/Consumers/Com…You can also search them by NPI (google NPI and their full name) and report there as well. Moreover, they are an operating business in the city of Diamond Bar, you can put in a complaint there as well. Good luck and wishing you all find a good doctor instead of being scammed into an appointment.
The overall reviews are not just imho. Long time patient of Dr Wang here. Not only is she one of the most professional doctor i have encountered, but probably also one of the most caring !She always takes time to listen to her patients , compassionate and more than willing to help everyone.

I had a good experience. I was seen very quickly and everyone was so nice and helpful
Absolutely terrible service. Lobby was empty, less than ten on the sign in sheet but all already finished and the front desk still said "we are very busy and full". Very lazy office staff.
Since I have returned, they have actually tried to explain their actions on the phone and that there was no intent to cause alarm. I have asked that they change their tone on phone calls to be more reflecting of any news. I hope that they are doing this with all patients leaving terrible reviews as they really can't handle any more negative ones. For my follow up, I saw Dr. Wang, who is my supposed to be my primary but I know she is incredibly busy. She is an amazing doctor and physician. She genuinely cares about her patients and their well being. Her time with me was incredibly limited but still managed to add in a yearly test that I have never done and ask about a cold I was fighting. She explained the procedure to me since it was my first time. She referred me to doctors for my follow up. She took the time for patient care. This is 180 degrees different from the male doctor that I first saw. I am absolutely grateful to Dr. Wang for taking the time to give me a check up as I have had no time or insurance to get these necessary checks until now. She is a wonderful doctor, no wonder it is so difficult to get an appointment with her.I have received additional phone calls from the office, thank you for changing your tone on the phone. It made me much more comfortable while listening to what you had to report. As promised, I would be revising my review but most definitely not taking it down.
To whoever gave me a call today to let me know that I need to come in for a follow up for my blood test results, fuck you. You need to work on your communication skills and granted your first language might now be English, but seriously, telling me there is something very wrong but not knowing what is very wrong with me is unacceptable. Am I going to fucking die tomorrow or is my vitamin levels just low and there needs to be a new diet plan. Also, why was every emergency phone number called before I was called, you know the actual patient? Now you have my parents worked up over nothing in particular. Thanks. To the doctor who saw me for me cold/flu, he was berating just plain rude. I am not looking forward to seeing him for my follow up but evidently I waited too many years to see the actual Dr. Wang, I am no longer considered an existing patient even though I had a file there. If I could give this place no stars, I would. Too bad my insurance only lets me come here.
The new office is very nice and the bathrooms are cleaned daily in the business center. There are new receptionists and knowing the language makes all the difference. They open on Saturdays which makes it very convenient. Dr. Wang is very knowledgeable and makes my parents feel comfortable enough to not switch anymore and remain with her. Their system makes sense emergencies(x-rays and other time-sensitive needs) are prioritized then it is appointments then walk-ins. The wifi is a bit spotty, but it works better upstairs.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
