Western Dental & Orthodontics's Online Review Report Card

Unfortunate experience with a young uneducated dentist that has a slit on his eyebrow as if he's been knocked out a couple times. My fillings have fallen out in less than two weeks! Like seriously! He or She (not sure hot it identifies) went too far exposed my nerve, barely could stop the bleeding he panicked and tried filling the hole and @#$%er cant even apply putty! Reported to the dental board, reported to western dental and reported to nick Shirleys team. Dentist is doing too much work on one day running patients into extreme pain and billing the dental work on separate days and this is waste fraud and abuse. Fake Dentist bad mouths his co workers in spanish and degrades them and sings lady gaga like an f-boy with a broken English accent in patients faces and ive recorded it all! Shocking really. Im not saying he's a coward but more of a female dog.

Will never return to this office something shady is going on here. Google always says its closed even tho its open. They give you appointment cards that have a complete different office name on them, not western dental & following my last visit about 10 minutes after leaving the office were i got a cleaning & filling done, I got severe vertigo & nausea I was in the parking lot vomiting , my husband called the office to notify them & they just brushed it off as if it was no big deal. He did too many fillings in one day & on paper work they report the fillings as if they are done on separate days. Now today, a week later after we reported this incident I received a call from the office telling me that they now refuse to see me & my husband at this office..... because why? Because you guys did a poor job & I complained? I never planned on coming back after that day anyways, but too direct the blame towards me & refuse service? Do you not want to face the mistakes you made ? Im reporting it all to the dental board now after this. ,,,, since writing this review they have rescheduled 3 appointments for me without talking with me I tey to call the office and do not get any answer. The fillings they did on my husband are now falling out & causing him severe pain on top of lal this. Go anywhere but here for your dental work.

NEVER AGAIN WILL I SEND ANYONE TO THIS WESTERN DENTAL OR ANY, THE DOCTOR HAD TO HAVE A TRANSLATER CAUSE HE DID NOT EVEN SPEAK ENGLISH, HE WAS RUDE ACTING TO MY SON AND LEFT PEICES OF TOOTH BEHIND THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE EXTRACTED, AND NEVER SAID THEY WERE TAKING HIS WISDOM TEETH. DIDNT USE ANY SEDATION, AND MISSED TWICE WHEN USING THE NOVACANE. VERY ANGERY, AND TRAMATISING TO MY SON. NOW WE HAVE TO FIND SOMEONE TO CORRECT THE MISTAKES THEY MADE AFTER MY SON HEALS FROM THIS DISASTER.
