Customer service is the worst I saw reviews for Dr. chao and I called to make an appointment but the lady answering the phone was being very rude I asked for her name and she said Lizeth she wasn’t helpful at allI was trying to find more information about this place and she had an attitude she was being very rude not helpful at all. Guys good luck calling here and asking for information.

Their customer service is the worst. they never answer the phones after a long time waiting period. I tried to call them 5 times to take appointment as a new patient but no response and the phones constantly disconnected. don't try to contact them you will be disappointed
