Worst of the worst. Wouldn't respond to my request for a prescription refill. Wouldn't respond to the pharmacy either. I gave up and made an appointment at 3:30. I left work early and got there but the Korean lady at the grocery story next door told me they closed at 2pm. the Office was dark. Had a stroke and just get the dang run around. I had issues when I had back surgery and neck surgery as well.. The Doctor is the only one that takes the patient seriously. I am told the Doctor will call you back and it never happens. There is always an issue with something always. Never goes smoothly. The funny thing is the Doctor will say call and ask for me. But, the front office never allows you to get in touch with the Doctor. Very very unprofessional. Really thinking about changing Doctors over this. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!
