I was quite pleased with the service and with Dr. Barrientos. I was especially satisfied with the cleanliness also the personnel in the back who was very professional and friendly. Giselle was kind enough to offer a cold water bottle since I was extremely thirsty!

Ive been trying to make an appointment for 2 days. The phone just rings no answer or a busy signal. I finally went in person to make an appointment and their closed. The sign says closed for lunch at 1145 to 115. I knocked bc its only 1130 and his staff says were closed for the day. Bc the doctor is gone for the day. I said I need to make an appointment. She said go to urgent care.

Staff MARY is very jaded and unprofessional. Ive never met anyone that rude. When she didnt want to hear me she just hung up on me. She has zero decency. She just doesnt care. Please Mary do everyones favor. Nobody forces you to work there. If you dont want to help your patients please dont sit there. Isnt it sad that you only work there only to pay bills? Its never late to get your education and lead your life to something better if your current job doesnt serve you properly. Your unbelievable unprofessional manner doesnt only disrespect patients who need help from Dr. Barrientos but also you disrespect yourself.
