My 83 year old mother almost died from pneumonia in a hospital because this lazy doctor chose to prescribe medication to her without examining her. Had he been more proactive he would have noticed the severity of her declining health and taken other measures to prevent this from turning into full blown pneumonia. The elderly need to stay away from this doctor. Prescribing medication without appropriate examination is unlawful in the state of California.

Dr. Cheng Robles needs to better aware when treating elderly patients. My 83 year old mother almost died from pneumonia because he chose to prescribe medication without examining her. This led to a worsening condition which made her get sent to the ER. A cat scan should've been ordered much earlier, instead valuable time passed.

Dr. ChengRobles was my mothers primary care physician for several years. Its unfortunate when people in the medical field are not consistent with their care. Patients suffer as a result and my 83 year old mother came close to dying in a hospital from pneumonia because this doctor failed when he chose to prescribe medication to my mother without examining her. Had he been more proactive he wouldve seen the severity of her condition and ordered a cat scan.

I have been seeing Dr. Cheng since Dr. Kahn first retired his practice to him It was a smooth transition did not miss a beat They dont make you wait like some offices do until your so frustrated you want to leave The staff of Sylvia and Beth are very very helpful and caring each and every time. They treat you like family which when youre sick or hurting its all you can ask
