Efficient, knowledgeable and frank. I think what some people are mistaking for poor bedside manner is a demeanor that comes from decades of experience. I don't expect a doctor to hold my hand and "hope" they make me "feel" better; I want a doctor who can help resolve my issues using knowledge and experience, and improve my quality of life. Dr Agatstein has those qualities and I appreciate that.

OFFICE STAFF / Front Desk at Los Alamitos location need to take a class in Customer Service/Care. 1. When the Patient arrives to sign in they don’t look up and greet you or smile. 2. When they ask you a question still no greeting , smile or Thank you 3. When you depart same Dry, Dull, Bad Attitude after given next appt. date. The only reason I’am giving a 1 STAR is that a few of the Medical Assistants do smile & greet you to your room or in the room. If it was up to me I would replace all of them immediately. I know about Customer Service (43 yrs RETIRED from Private Company) I
