Have been coming to this place for a couple of years. Today the dr. was not in and nurse Linda was suppose to give me the treatment.She has the worst attitude. Made me feel very unsafe. She did not listen to me. I have been having the same treatment for almost 14 years now. It is the first time I have encountered someone with whom I would not feel safe to get the treatment done. She was really rude and unprofessional. I believe we all should bring our business to places where there is good customer service and you are treated professionally. If we do not say anything, this will be a norm. I will not recommend this place if Linda gives you the treatment.

Super happy with the Botox- left movement for my acting just right-supper happy with smoothness of my fillers(at a different place I actually had bumps!) and fibroblasts plasma pen results helped lift my hooded eyes.

Unfortunately, we have not received any money. they promised, but my wife was not satisfied at all. BOTOX made no changes. always directed to other ladies. they were interested in getting the money.

The sweet receptionist is very helpful and kind but one of the nurses who injects the Botox is hurtful and unkind. I left the place in tears after her insults. I phoned back after I left to let her know that her words are unkind and hurtful. No apology, Heed my warning, you need to be thick skinned to deal with that insensitive person.

Awesome place if you arelooking for massage. Girl at front desk, Shannonnis nice. Always call a day before to confirm appointments. The finally the best masseuse around OC, Angela. She is best and knows what she is doing. Must visit place if you want to experience best massage, but make sure to make appointment with Angela.
