I had a great experience with consultant Alna and injector Vivi for my Botox appointment. The clinic was clean and welcoming, and the staff made me feel comfortable. The procedure was quick and almost painless, and I’m excited to see natural-looking results. Highly recommend, they’re amazing!!

First time w/NakedMD. Went in for 50 units ( tox special). My appointment was at 1:30 and didn’t get my process done until 2:20 ( after I got up and asked what was the delay) . The worst part is that , I wanted my 50 units to be spread a certain way and everytime I requested something apparently that is an additional $99 cost . For example , I wanted to get 2 units (out of my 50 units that I paid for) for my bunny lines and she said no , that is $99 dollars . Same thing when I asked for 5 units under my eyes & then the same when I asked to for eyebrow ( here I did pay , extra $99 because according to her that is a brow lift ) . Anywhere you go , they try to help you (here I felt it was about adding $$$). I been doing this for a while and well I like the natural look and I usually pay for my units and tell them my concerns . Here it was not the case , not only there was a delayed but it was about making money by adding more services. Will not be coming back ! Too $$$$ . And unfortunately if you don’t know how it works , ppl will just go with the flow ! Good luck !

I came in for a salt facial with Bianca and had such a great experience! She was incredibly informative and walked me through each step of the treatment, making sure I felt comfortable and knew what to expect. She answered all my questions with care and gave helpful tips tailored to my skin. My face felt refreshed and glowing afterward—definitely recommend seeing Bianca if you’re looking for someone knowledgeable and attentive!

Love love love my lips! Barley on my second day and bruising went down and swelling. Staff was so super sweet and have such great energy!! Super helpful! I will be going back very soon and highly recommending. I went the Downey location

The vibes were immaculate from start to finish! I had the best experience getting a facial by Karina and my injectables by Ashlee + Vivi! The facial was relaxing and my skin was so hydrated and plump afterward! Injectables were flawless and I can’t wait to see the results. Thank you so much to the NakedMD Downey team for making me feel so great :)
