One of the worst place I've been to. Staff is the definition of unprofessionalism. Looks like a county clinic. Moreover, every time I went they had to reschedule all my appointments after requesting time off of work. Due to thier equipment was broken everytime for 5 months. There are better places in Downey I go to now off of Firestone by Dirt dog.

I received pdo threading and botox! Absolutely love my results! I was so nervous because I had my previous Botox done by the same doctor for 3 years, but he has a gentle hand, aesthetic eye, and no bruising! He and his staff are amazing!

I went in to get a professional opinion on removing my childhood chicken pox scars and the lady who helped me was very kind. The front staff was not. There were 9 people behind the glass and I was waiting in line and not one person looked up for several minutes. There was one couple sitting and I was the only other customer there. The only reason I won't be coming back for treatment is because of the customer service. I can't imagine what a busy day would be like.

Was nervous to try Botox for the first time. And after a nice pre-consultation over the phone the nurse made me feel confident enough to come in and try it. Once i was there it was a great experience. Not too painful. And was looking fabulous for my wedding. Will definitely be back.

I recently had a third and fourth visit to Nouve Med Spa and wanted to write another positive review. I always have such a fantastic experience when I come here, the staff is caring and knowledgeable and Dr. Wielenga's skilled practiced hand provides excellent results. There are so many spas and clinics out there, it is crucial to go to someone who knows what they're doing and has patient experience. I am always so very pleased with Dr. Wielenga and feel confident and wonderfully satisfied coming here.

Had my consultation for laser hair treatment. They have great competitive prices and a huge selection of different types of treatments. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to for my treatment

They gave me wrong info. On carecredit. Met with Cashmere about pricing & procedure. Had some questions & requested to speak to her. She couldn't take 5 mins of her time to call back. Canceled my appt. And went somewhere else.

The staff and doctors are amazing. Their professionalism and knowledge of lasers made me feel very secure and comfortable with my treatments. I’m in my 40’s and concerned about aging gracefully. I’ve had Botox, skin revitalization that treats wrinkles and skin discoloration, and skin and cellulite treatment. I feel like a new woman! I cannot express how happy I am to receive non-invasive treatments at a great price. Highly recommend Nouve Med Spa.
