Kaiser Downey URGENT CARE, Guadalupe Martinez. There was a gentleman in line that lost his right leg this nurse couldn't even bring him a wheelchair and take him to the front desk to be checked in. Instead the other nurse that was also here her name is Monica Miller went out of her way to go inside & bring him a wheelchair and take him all the way to the front desk. This just goes to show you there's certain people that love their vocation and others that shouldn't even be here. And thats Guadalupe Martinez.
I just had a wonderful consultation with Dr. G. Constanza Iriarte, MD. She is an otolaryngologist specialist. I have been having headaches both sinus related and stress related for nine months. She listened to me and explained all the questions I had with precision and care. She offered me a prescription to help heal my headaches as well as a follow up for a CT scan. I left very satisfied with my encounter with her. I will recommend her to all my family, friends and patients of mine. Dr. John E Hunt, Hunt Chiropractic Inc, Downey.
honestly the wait was 4 hours but The Dr was very good
ADRIANA MARTINEZ !!!!! OUTSTANDING,EXTRAORDINARY, FANTASTIC, Simply the very best in housekeeping. This young lady deserves a raise as well as a promotion. She meticulously has cleared this room like no other l have ever seen. Talk about germs and or diseases? Not in this room!!! She's not only a blessing to Kaiser. She is an asset!!!!!!!! She gives housekeeping a totally different meaning. I commend whom ever it was that offered this highly Exceptional human being a job here. Her work is NOTHING short of GREAT SUCCESS!!! On behalf of mankind, Thanks for your efficient work ADRIANA MARTINEZ.
Sucks like a Dyson vacuum cleaner. The largest facility in our area with the most poorly run emergency services. Where is CBS and joint commission to evaluate them. In times like these you really get to see what these hospitals are made of. Everybody's moving like molasses in a jar Three and a half hours in the waiting room for tongue and throat swelling. The F-team couldn't see the urgency. Healthcare is in deep doodoo

DO not come to this Kaiser. Go to the one in Hollywood on Sunset. Avoid the following Kaisers. Downey, Bellflower, Cudahy and Whittier. The employees are militantly racist. I've heard stories of them switching treatments on people on purpose and people have died prematurely because of it. The employees all lie for each other and they seem to be secretly trying to mess with patients who are not Hispanic. And even if you are Hispanic, if you're not Mexican, you won't get fair treatment. They especially don't like El Salvadoreans. I work at Kaiser and know it well. Stay away from Downey, especially. One thing you'll notice is that everyone who works there is so out of shape and unhealthy. They will smile to your face and make racist remarks as soon as you walk away.
Usually they are not that bad with the wait times . My wife been here a few times . Will keep coming here .

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
