Hello! please read*** Dr. Fernando was supposed to give authorization for my Right Knee to get an MRI from a specialist in network. When I went into my appointment they told me me he wrote right leg and that i needed another authorization that would specify it was my knee. When the doctor read off the notes to me Dr. Fernando got 80% of the information wrong that I told him. Luckily the staff at the specialists office did the scan anyways. From my experience he does not listen to his patients and is very sloppy when it comes to paperwork. Switching doctors ASAP.

If you are overweight he will blame any and all symptoms physical or mentally on your weight. He will make you feel like you aren’t doing anything to better yourself when you have a chronic pain.

Every time I call to schedule an appt I get a reasonable time frame. The staff is sweet. Dr. Fernando is AMAZING I have seriously recommended him to ANYONE who has had a medical conversation with me. He is polite thorough efficient and the man knows his stuff My family goes to see him my friends go to see him and we are all so happy with the care he provides for us.

He made me feel like my pain mind you a bad back. After physical therapy epidural steroid injections meds and i decided to wait on surgery. But he made me feel like my pain wasn’t that bad that i could i just easily just get up and walk and move. Ever since my last appointment with him i have really felt down and majorly depressed. I don’t think when you leave the dr you should feel this way.

My Husband suffered a accident 5 months ago and was in ICU for 14 days. Dr. Fernando has to many patients that he can handle. Thank God there was other professionals who saw and treated my my husband. But Once he we had to follow up with OUR primary Dr meaning >>>> Dr Fernando. NOW WE HAD A PROBLEM, my husband is disable and was in need of a ACCESS service transportation to go to the clinic and we also needed a ramp to get him out of the house..AND A WHEELCHAIR. But none of that was posible with out the signature and referral of Dr Fernando. But in Order for Dr. Fernando to sign off on anything he needed to my husband to show up physically at this office. How was I suppose to make this happened? He did not care. BELIEVE ME HE DID NOT CARE. He had full disclosure of my Husbands Medical Records and that was not enough. He simply didn't want to do anything to help us, this confirmed by the Supervisor of the clinic and a nurse. So I manage to get Special Ride through Lyft and we bought a wheelchair..and I had my neighbors help me carry him outside to be able to make it to the appointment for his follow up with Dr Fernando. ONCE WE ARRIVE ON TIME THE LYFT DRIVER WAS UNABLE TO FIND A DISABLE PARKING SPOT TO LET US GET OFF. THIS CLINIC ONLY HAS ((ONE HANDICAP SPACE))) AND WE HAD TO WAIT FOR A CAR TO MOVE. 15 MINS LATER We finally go inside to check in with Doctor Fernando and he turn us away. According to his nurse and Clinic Supervisor I should come an hour ahead of time. I did the following time. Didn't work. FOR THE SECOND TIME DR FERNANDO TURNS MY HUSBAND AWAY. This time he said he couldn't see my husband because he was trying a new computer system and was overwhelm with patients. I changed Doctors. A nurse told me he is not nice and try to beg him to comply or reconsider since my husband had metal hardware on his legs and needed another operation. But he declined.
