Disgusting cattle call, cannot reach by phone. Tied into P.I.H. Presbyterian Intercommunity Hospital. Radiology report was never forwarded to physician.Tied into P.I.H. to conceal reports of injury and damages tied to hospital. My doctor will not provide other option.

I have been trying all day to make an appointment. It says to leave a message & they will call you back but then it says there is no room to leave a message. So I tried the operator & when I told her I wanted to make an appointment, she put me through to the same scheduling extension that says to leave a message & then says there's no room to leave a message. Front office was so disrespectful and mean. The lady was yelling at my father because he couldn't understand what she was saying. He has hearing loss. They won't allow anybody inside aside from the patient. Seniors at least need somebody to be with them. Yelling on a senior patient is so disrespectful. They will grow old too. Tried calling to schedule a biopsy for 3 days. Nobody would answer at scheduling. The voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message . I called the operator and was told to come in to make an appointment. Really? That's the best? Glad to see that they care about the seriousness of people's health. I am typing this review on my mother behave. We have been trying to get an appointment to get an MRI called and they transfer you to there appointments department, where you have to leave a voicemail and can't do so because it is full and maybe there system is out of date. Which they make you walk in just to do an appointment and still have to wait outside another 45 minutes or longer to get a call for you to walk back in and make your appointment and still wait longer inside just to make anything happen if you have an elderly person think about coming here do your research before hand time consuming for elderly citizens. Be aware!!

The worst as like other patients comment. Called to make an appointment it take me 45 mins to hold until i cannot hold it anymore. She said 1 caller ahead of me, but shhh does it take 45 mins to hold??? We are customer, we are sick thats why we come to you for whatever reasons.
