The doctors and staff are amazing and very helpful.

My Mom said to me when we left "the treatment I (my Mom) received made me feel less than a human being."<br><br>Horrible office staff. They all had very COLD and uncaring personalities. The facility including walls, floors and bathroom were dirty and unkempt. The bathroom was too small of a bathroom for a person in a wheel chair. My Mom could not fit in her wheel chair inside it even after I pulled out the furniture. And they expected her to lift herself up and down off the toilet with no help. Not one person offered to help her in the restroom to collect a urine sample so no sample was collected which they did not even care about. In fact the manager insisted that no help is to be provided to a staff member who I begged to help us.<br><br>My Mom isn't a dirty person or mean person. She's an over weight retired 1st grade teacher who taught over 25 years in Pico Rivera. She is very loved by the staff at her assisted living facility.<br><br>The nurses there refused to touch or help my disabled mother. No one introduced themselves or offered up their names. No helped to get her on the examination table. No one took vitals. No one brought out a record to discuss her situation. No report or discussion took place about why she was visiting. <br><br>The NP came in. Listened. Prescribed a new medication. But she can't even take the new medicine because they didn't give us a doctor's write up. My Mom's assisted living facility can't give it to her without it. And did anyone answer the phones when my Mom's care facility called.... you guessed it No one did!<br><br>And to top it off, his advice to my mom was don't drink more than 64 oz of water to over weight older woman.<br>He never once touched or checked my mom. Never looked into any care or kindness. No one held a door in and out of the rooms for the wheel chair until I finally asked. We asked to see the surgical doctor there who did not want to come in. Yes I saw you there sir.<br><br>And lastly I wasn't sure why we had to come to the office NOT to be helped or treated with CARE and<br>KINDNESS. A phone call would have been better as us being there made any difference. Very disappointed in the staff and with the NP, and especially with the Doctors.

This place is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. You can never get through. There is no communication. They scheduled surgery without consulting or notifying me. I've been trying to call for days and no one ever answers. Doctors might be good but the staff not so much.

Loved Dr. Paletz and the staff at the Inglewood location. Unfortunately, he retired. <br>Stay away from the Downey office. They are very unprofessional. The scheduler, Dan, has allowed very unprofessional comments to come out of his mouth. When I attempted to speak with his office manager, Veronica, he informed me that she had left for the day (of course). I called right back and s/w Rosie (very nice). She informed me that Veronica was still in the office and would connect me with her. Veronica would not take my call because she was prepping a room for the next day (right!?). I asked that she call me back. I'm still waiting for that call. This is no surprise to me because when I was scheduled at the Downey office for a procedure I also had an issue with the staff and Veronica was part of the issue. <br>They really need to work on patient care and sensitivity.

I was referred here for my daughter and I been calling to schedule and they never answer their phones. When she finally did she said she doesn't think they see kids that she will need the Dr. notes but that she didn't have time to call my daughters Dr's office to obtain them, for me to do it. (Lazyness because I manage a medical office) So I said you know what ok ill call and I did and they sent everything. I been calling them again to schedule and they never pick up the phone just rings and rings. She hasn't even bother calling me back to at least tell me the notes were received or to confirm if they will see my daughter. If your front office is this busy, find her help unless she's just lazy!! Why would I want my child seen there if they cant even answer the phone!! I can only imagine if I would of drove that far and I would of had a horrible service!! I called my provider and requested another referral to a closer and better facility and told them my experience. I wish I didn't even have to give them 1 star. HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!

I took my mother to her appointment on Tuesday, October 26th at 3:45pm. She was a new patient. Her appointment was with Dr. Abedi. When we walked in the staff was very dismissive to her questions. During her time with Dr. Abedi he was very rushed with her. He spent less than five minutes with her even though she was a new patient. He was very unprofessional and uncaring. He informed her that he wanted to do a procedure and then he left and sent in the nurse. My mother was confused and asked the nurse if he was going to come back because she had more questions that hadn't been answered. When Dr. Abedi returned he leaned against the wall with his arms folded and asked my mother abruptly "what other questions do you have?!" <br><br>She felt very unheard and unimportant. Please do not go here or don't take your loved ones here. <br><br>I can't speak for the other doctors but Dr. Abedi could not care less about his patient.

I love it that you get texts to remind you of your appointment I am a first time so they send me a link to do fill out all the paperwork. Came in girls are very pretty and super nice there busy because there good at what they do. Appointment was at 2:30 was in pretty fast ,bathroom was super clean everyone was wherein masks , Dr came in apologizing that he was running 5 minutes late I was there for prostate ck he was super nice as a male he made me feel comfortable good bed side manners he checked me out said I am doing good for my age which was great news and a relief I trust them I will be returning for regular ck ups .

Extremely dirty, unfriendly staff tat can hardly speak English but speak Mexican. Had to wait a long time. I think my Veternarian has butter services, I know they are nicer.

This review is not about the visit itself, but about the office’s mafia-like harassment when it comes to collecting payment. Even when it has been established that the payment request was made in error, and that no payment is actually do. Avoid at all costs.
