Dublin Pediatric Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

Went just after 8am on a sat morning, waited no longer than 10 min and was seen immediately by Dr. Chou. He evaluated my son thoroughly and went over the plan in detail. Everyone we encountered was nice and efficient. I strongly recommend them.

I recently moved to the area, and of course that means changing doctors. I'm so glad that there's a Sutter location fairly close to home. If you need labs...I hope your phone or iPad are charged or you brought something to read. You'll probably wait a little while. But at least the phlebotomist was able to get my labs drawn on the first poke, despite my teeny tiny cancer survivor veins. This brings me to my next point -- the oncology department seems like a really well run machine. I hope it wasn't just a fluke. I had almost zero wait time in the waiting room before the medical assistant took my vitals and led me to an exam room. My oncologist was thorough and it was a comfort knowing that if I ever do need cancer treatment again, at least I'll be in good hands. I've had two appointments with their diagnostic imaging department, and I was so relaxed I actually fell asleep during my first one, which was a neck ultrasound. The technician who performed it was so sweet and gentle as she took the images for my doctor to review. I had to deduct a star due to the parking situation. Yes, there is valet but seriously this place needs to add additional parking. This is a multi-story building with many departments and I find myself arriving at least a half hour earlier than my appointment "arrive by" time (which is usually 15 min. before) just to find parking.

We're incredibly grateful for Dr. Chou's expertise! His clear explanations made a huge difference in understanding our child's treatment, and the medication truly helped. The staff were also awesome, explaining everything with clarity and kindness.

Literally every time we come here, we have to spend half an hour fighting for a parking spot. And I mean fight. people will try to steal your spot as you're waiting for someone to back out. If this was a rare occurrence then it's not a big deal. But this is every single time which is ridiculous. The doctors are usually always late because patient are always late. The patients are always late because they can't find any parking ever. Adding 1 star because our OB GYN is nice. But once we're done with the process, I am not coming back here cause it is just high blood pressure and extreme amounts of cortisol coming here every time. Not worth it for even the best doctors.

The check-in process and nursing staff were great very kind and professional. I did feel, however, that there’s some room for improvement in Dr. Dwan Pineros’ bedside manners. During the visit, I felt a bit dismissed for bringing in my toddler despite the symptoms she was showing. A urine test wasn’t strongly encouraged because I mentioned she hadn’t had much water, which unfortunately led to her infection continuing for another week. I believe if there had been a closer look at the previous doctor’s notes I shared, she might have received antibiotics sooner and started healing earlier.

Terrible experience and traumatizing for my son. Made us stay there for over three hours, no regard for my 1.5 year old child. Couldn't even figure out what was wrong with him. None of the Doctors or nurses we encountered should be working with children.

I visited this facility for my daughter who was diagnosed with HFMD. I had proof of insurance but due to some problem with their system my insurance id kept getting declined. They refused to let me see a pediatrician until I paid $380 upfront! I had no choice but to pay as it was a Federal holiday and all other facilities were closed. I will never go back to this place again!

We have been twice and the pediatricians are absolutely amazing. The wait times have been super reasonable! I would highly recommend them.

Our child received fantastic care from Dr. Dhamsania in urgent care. The doctor is very kind, knowledgeable and patient. They took us in immediately since we had an appointment - so no waiting time either. Dr. Dhamsania has excellent knowledge and judgment - and is a wonderful pediatrician! We were in and out quickly and with clear answers. Highly recommend.

Seen very quickly. Went to a general urgent care and didn't receive a diagnosis. Came here 2 days later and doctor knew what was wrong right away and was very good with my son. Would definitely come back.
