Very knowledgable and compassionate. She is approachable and friendly but will professionally take care of your health problems. She will explain the laboratory, radiology and the diagnosis to you in detail. She will call you if you missed the appointment. Highly recommended.

Cant even get them to answer their phone. 3 hours of calling to get an appointment and still NO contact. Epic is an epic JOKE!

I would like to write a follow up review to the one I recently posted. I have been a Health Care Professional for 40 years. Although Patient Advocacy is not my job I feel that it is important and I intervene for patients whenever it is needed because in a medical setting patients are often in a vulnerable position. I have been a patient at Epic Care in Dublin for almost 5 years. I have required emotional support for my journey and my sister has been by my side to give me that emotional support. My sister accompanies me and has sat w/ me through blood tests and Pet Scans. During our last visit the office manager alerted us that it was against Epic Care's policy to have my sister in the room w/ me. We offered to sign a waiver but they indicated there was no waiver. That was the end of that until this week when I received a notice of discharge of services from Epic Care. Since then I have spoken w/ the Office Manager and w/ the Compliance manager. It appears they have stacked their facts in a way that shows that I am "guilty" of non-compliance and am therefore discharged from their services. I am but 1 patient and they are a huge corporation. I do not look to them to change their mind re: the discharge as the Compliance Manager indicated it is "...final". However, because I have a voice I am opting to use it. I would like anyone looking for an Oncology Facility to know that after almost 5 years I am being discharged w/out a discussion. There has been no attempt on Epic Care's side to sit w/ me and have a discussion of what their expectations are. I believe if compassion on their part would have been part of that discussion then this situation would not exist. I feel they have handled my personal situation very poorly. The stance they have taken is very severe. I have asked for a copy of their "Radiation Exposure Policy", a letter delineating why I am being discharged and the name of their legal team. I hope to hear from them next week. I feel this entire situation is unjustified and without warning.

I have been seeing Dr. Korah for the past four years. She handled the radiation portion of by breast cancer treatment. I am so grateful for her kind, caring, gentle approach. She was extremely knowledgable and walked me through the whole process. I really look forward to my follow-up visits just to catch up! The team at EpicCare literally saved my life. I'm forever grateful.

Very compassionate and professional. However, I can never get clarity with tests and referrals. I wasted so much time in getting clear answers when this is so avoidable.

I struggle with iron deficiency anemia and was referred to Dr. Kang by my GP. Everyone at the center is so gracious, caring, and helpful. Dr. Kang is personable, thorough, and knowledgeable. I had iron transfusions, and the staff who set up the IV and ran blood tests were absolutely amazing - checking in to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. I hope you never have need of their services, but if you do need a hematologist or an oncologist, these folks are wonderful.

These folks are awesome-very professional and friendly! They treated me for a skin cancer (that had reoccurred) they made the experience as pleasant as possible! Thank you very much!

My husband was a patient of Epic. We were more than impressed with the doctors and the entire Epic Team. He visited the Dublin office the majority of the time but the Pleasant Hill Office, which he visit on occasion, was also exceptional. The staff was knowledgeable and compassionate.

I have been to epic care multiple times. Everyone is so nice, empathetic, supportive. From receptionist to Dr. Chow, you will be blown away with their humbleness. My dad is diabetic and his sugar probably dropped down, he was all sweating and getting lethargic. The receptionist gave him energy bar, also asked him if he needs some on his way back. Where do I start with Dr. Chow, a very handsome doctor with hands down humility. Truly cares about his patients, explains it better, and makes everyone so comfortable that no one would have second doubt on his plan of care. The staffs follows up and cares a lot of about their pt. I don't wish anyone to suffer from this terminal disease, but in that unfortunate condition, Dr. Chow is the best.
