I had a hematoma in my ear and headed to urgent care, not sure what to expect. Dr. Bronson and Sofia were amazing! Dr. Bronson took care of my ear, explained everything as he went along, and even called later to check on me. Sofia and the rest of the team were super friendly and helpful. Honestly, it was a great experience. I gave them five stars and would totally recommend them to anyone. They really know how to take care of people!

We went in first thing by this morning and couldn’t believe the clean, caring, and wonderful environment here. I’ve never been to an urgent care that has been even a 2 star experience and this one is beyond 5 stars easy. Apparently they also act as a primary care and I am seriously considering that option after our amazing experience here. From the staff, nurses and doctors everyone is a joy to work with and it’s such a calm and happy place to be. Felt almost more like a spa experience to be honest. The assistant was so caring; she even wrapped up extra gauze, bandages, antibacterial, swabs and saline solution for us to treat the wound at home going forward. Just never experienced this much awesome by the entire staff (doctor included) at an urgent care clinic before. Honestly this place is absolutely a dream to come to, especially after experiencing such careless staff and billing at the PAMF/Sutter location before. Thanks Instant UC! You’re our urgent care provider from now on- so thankful you’re nearby.

Solid experience at Instant Urgent Care. I came in with a pretty severe allergic reaction to something, and the staff were prompt and professional with processing me. I saw Dr. Bronson who was very understanding, and gave me a clear action plan. It's been some time since the appointment, and my injury has healed wonderfully. Thanks to the IUC team for the care and treatment. Would recommend.

Excellent service with immaculately clean and new facility. Scheduling is just a blessing for us and the staffs were just awesome. I can almost call this as my primary facility for my family. RN Gaby and PA Branson were truly amazing.
