Katrina from Lazer Away corporate was unhelpful to say the least. TERRIBLE SERVICE. After a FULL YEAR of me trying to get corperate to call me back due to VERY poor lazer results, she finally called and offered 1 free session. When 8 sessions had next to NO results, whats is 1 more session going to do? She took no accountability and said because ONE area had SOME results, that basailly I got what I paid for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LAZER AWAY. Useless.

Not considerate at all!!! You should be on the dot for your appointment. And the front desk ladies all are sitting there basically for marketing. If you do not make a purchase after they provide you the info. Their attitude changes immediately. Very poor customer service.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND LAZER AWAY. Useless. Also, I asked for her last initial and she said I was "threatening" her by "asking her last name". I asked for a last initial so that I can be precise in who I mention in my review. An absurd interaction for sure.

Several scheduling changes and finally, when I reached the appointment on the set day and time, my requested technician had not been assigned to me. An utter lack of professionalism displayed by Nila at the reception who trivialised the issue and behaved passive aggressively , rolling her eyes and muttering expletives under her breath, when, after being made to wait an additional 25 mins for my technician I shared with her why this was not okay. After already delaying my afternoon significantly, this person thought it's a good idea to tell ME, that I should either think about getting only half my service done that day or be prepared that my chosen technician will not have time to attend to my sensitive skin. HOW IS OKAY TO SUGGEST THAT EVEN THOUGH THEY MESSED UP THEIR SCHEDULING, THAT I SHOULD SHOW FLEXIBILITY TIME AND AGAIN? Of course when I told her again that this is not acceptable, there was more eye rolling, multiple "as I told yous", and finally the statement "I'm going to stop this conversation now as it's making me uncomfortable". Just wow. LOL. It is comic that when a customer calls them out on a mistake asking for it to be rectified, the staff felt "uncomfortable ". At that point I switched to speaking to the other girl at the reception who was much more coherent.And for what it's worth, for all the pre-warnings about my technician being overbooked and Nila asking me to cut short my service that day or use someone else, she found the time to "chat", shooting the breeze with my technician for the 15 mins after my session right there at the reception area...; so obviously neither of them were as busy as described. Laseraway really needs to keep better trained staff at their front desk rather than such teenagers who clearly need some help managing their emotions. Not the best first representatives of the brand name to the customer.This is not my first interaction with this location but definitely the first time I've seen such poor attitudes at their front desk, so much so, that I felt compelled to write this review.

Just came for my Botox appointment and asked about laser hair removal maintenance. I was told I couldn't buy the maintenance package as I didn't but the original package from them. I explained I lived overseas when I started getting laser hair removal and that I had bought maintenance packages from here before. She maintained that I still had to buy a full package and that it was company policy and 'rules'. I suggested that perhaps I should go elsewhere and she said 'ok' - just as I, a current customer, was about to walk in for an appointment! This is far from acceptable customer 'service' - and the policy/rule makes absolutely zero sense whatsoever.

I had my first laser hair removal with Brittani. She is awesome! She eased my mind, gave me ice to numb certain areas and it was quick and painless. So happy

Really good service! For some reason i think the person on the phone gave me the wrong appt time and then my confirmation emails and text were diff so i thought it was 3:30 but it was 2:45 but they rescheduled me for 4:30 and nurse gabby was so nice too during my session and really quick. She made sure to check on my pain the whole time! They also had lovely free drinks, cake pops and coupons!

Deceptive marketing practices. They won't stop call and texting me no matter how many times I tell them they have the wrong number. Shameful.

I had a few services done the last couple weeks. From booking to treatments, I've had nothing short of stellar service. Amy helped me find the right treatment packages and got me set up with their promotional financing. I had so many questions, and Amy addressed each one helping me confidently make the right choices for my treatment plans. Amy even followed up AFTER my appointment to make sure everything went well. I had botox done by Kaitlyn a couple weeks ago and it's settled so nicely! No rogue eyebrows or a frozen face. My forehead is sooo smooth and I look refreshed. Today I had my first underarm laser hair removal as well as a Clear and Brilliant laser facial done by Evelyn. She had great bedside manner and took great care of me! This is my 4th Clear and Brilliant treatment and I cannot recommend them enough. I struggled with acne for years and tried so many different topical treatments and even Accutane and nothing helped. After one treatment of Clear and Brilliant my acne cleared and my scars didn't look as deep! My scars continue to improve with each treatment. Today Evelyn focused on my skin texture (scars) as well as my sun spots. Before leaving today Nila got me set up with an appointment with Jade for lip injections as they are having a DEAL on fillers. Jade comes highly recommended and I can't wait. I'll update my review after my appointment. Side note: Nila is very sweet, shared current promotions without being pushy!I would also like to say that I've been to this location several times within the last few years and I've never had a bad experience. Staff is always helpful and friendly and the clinic is always super clean. Thanks LaserAway Dublin!

Won't recommend tattoo laser removal from them. I paid for 15 sessions and my tattoo is still visible. And now they want me to buy more sessions. Initially they told me I will need 6-8 sessions.
