Dr. Williams and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I have done numerous noninvasive procedures there and have been ecstatic with my results every time.

My experience at tri Valley plastic surgery and with Dr. Williams was nothing short of a nightmare. The staff seemed friendly and informative, until I made my payment for the surgery. From that point on I felt like an inconvenience the entire time rather than a valued patient. In the consultation Dr. Williams and I spoke for a total of five minutes before he rushed out of the room. On surgery day, Dr. William showed up Over an hour late, rushed in the room and said a few words, then rushed back out, leaving me feeling very uncomfortable considering this was my first surgical procedure. Dr. Williams never requested labs, which was a huge red flag I chose to ignore because of my small timeframe that I had to get this surgery done. Life changing mistake on my part. When I woke up from surgery the nurse sat me up straight and wrapped me with the bandage. This was one of the most painful things I’ve ever experienced. I don’t understand why she wrapped me while I was awake rather than wrapping me while I was still under anesthesia. Extremely and utterly unethical. After I arrived home from surgery and settled in I came to the realization that Dr. Williams placed 450 cc implants inside me, when I specifically told him as well as the nurse, Nicole that I did not want to go any larger than 400 cc. I have never had children therefore my frame is very petite and tight, for that reason I did not want to go any bigger than 400 cc. It would not fit my body. When I unwrapped my bandages I was mortified. The implant was too heavy and the suture didn’t hold up, resulting in a “double bubble” forming under my right breast. I’m an exotic dancer so this was my absolute worst nightmare. When I brought it to the nurse, Nicole‘s attention she immediately tried to blame it on me. She stated that it was due to “Over activity”, however I took several weeks off work, followed all instructions that were given to me by the nurse, and was extremely careful during my healing process. The double bubble formed due to the fact that the implants were too heavy. I never ever gave Dr. Williams my consent to put 450 cc implants inside me. We never spoke about 450 cc as even an option, because that’s far too big for my body! At my follow up appointment after discovering the double bubble, both Dr. Williams and Nicole pushed very hard for me to sign a release form promising not to sue them or slander them online, and in exchange they would do the reconstructive surgery for free the next day. They both stated how they usually wouldn’t operate again on a patient who is only 2-3 months postop but they would make an exception for me. Although I desperately want my deformed breast fixed, I chose not to sign the release form because I believe Dr. Williams is guilty of malpractice and needs to be held accountable for what he did to my body. Not only am I in constant pain, I’ve had to miss a very extensive amount of work these past few months, as well as the emotional turmoil it has caused me. I lost my confidence completely. I would never recommend this doctor or triValley plastic surgery to anyone I know. This has hands-down been the worst experience of my life. Don’t become a victim.

I had an accident that tore a large flap of tissue from my lower leg. It was sewn back on but became infected. I was hospitalized and given strong antibiotics but a week later parts of it began to die. Dr. Steven Williams was called in to consult and immediately took charge. He scheduled a surgery to remove the dead tissue and grafted healthy tissue to the site. His actions saved my leg and probably my life.
