Dr. Richard Kruer had me laughing through my entire procedure, a surgical extraction. It was completely painless. He made sure by numbing me shots of local anesthesia, then testing to see if I could feel anything. He didn't extract the tooth until I was completely numb. The extraction itself took a few seconds. This guy is great.

Office and staff very nice. Dr spent enough time explaining to me what the problem was and how he was going to remove it. Shots are always somewhat painful .. overall great job

Staff were fine. Dr was TERRIBLE. Had trouble numbing me, but worse than that he got rough when giving shots, started yelling at me to "shut the HE** up" when I moaned in pain at his shots, and was running between me and 2 other patients, pulling 1 tooth every5-7 minutes. After I got up and told him we were done, he got nice again. I have already complained to the referring dentist as well as Aetna. othere have also had similar complaints on the internet about this jerk.
