Ricardo Roman's Online Review Report Card

This Dr. was recommended to me through the USCIS site. After reading the other Yelp reviews I was a bit concerned but had no choice since he is one of the few Drs approved By USCIS within my area however, the experience wasn't too bad. The lobby and the office and exam rooms were very clean which is greatly appreciated considering this place looks super sketch from the outside. My appointment went great, my questions were all answered and the paper work I needed was given to me promptly and just in time for my appointment with USCIS. The one thing that was not appreciated was the fact that I had an appointment and though I showed up a few minutes early I had to had to wait in the lobby for a bit before anyone greeted me even though I was the only patient in the entire building, that was a bit annoying since I had limited time.

I went to Dr. Ricardo for medical examination required for green card application. I have to say that I am extremely satisfied with the service I got: Making the appointment was easy, the doctor was already very knowledgable about the process, and I had the required documents in a couple of days. Both the nurses and the doctor were very pleasant to communicate with. I would highly recommend them.

I have been coming to Doctor Roman for 3 years and never have i been disappointed once with his knowledge, promtness and willingness to listen to my every concern and find a reasonable solution.The front desk girls are super friendly even though they are often very busy as this is a small medical office you get a warm family feeling and they will take care of all your administrative needs. During covid they took the necessary measures to make sure everyone is safe and taken care of safely. Very happy with my doc :) Thank you

Doctor is knowledgeable. Unfortunately for such a skillful doctor, his office manager is not well versed with simple communication tools like email. She requires tact and lacks professionalism when speaking to patients. She speaks medical regulations and codes, but has no understanding of them. I recommend she listens to patients and try accommodate their needs not what makes her job easier.From a previous hospital administrator.

Hes been my doctor for years. I highly recommend him. Every Appointment I've made hes seen me on time and hes close to my home

This place is horrible!!! They do not talk walk ins, the assistants are rude and not helpful with any resources since you cannot get in same day to see a doctor! I work in the medical field and I cannot believe they have people who work there that treat patients with no respect and hang up on people with out caring what so ever this is not a SAFE CLINIC please do not put your health in these peoples hands!!!!!

Very nice doctor very professional, also the receptionist and nurse are very professional. I would recommend them.
