Everything from the secretary to the nurses all up to the dentist. The hospitality was great I cannot complain.
Everyone in this office are so kind and caring. Especially the girls in the front office. Thank you for all your hard work. Sure am going to miss coming to see all of you. May God bless them all.
Well, this office is gonna close but I'm gonna rate it anyway. It's so horrible that when the patient is already receiving treatment, they suddenly stop & they come back asking you for your financial information. I understand that the insurance doesn't cover some treatments but honestly; Is not part of your job to check that? They pushed the patient asking for the information, you can't do it at home, the patient has to do it right away. They don't accept a no for answer. So the patient must call their family to ask for the SSN o ITIN to apply for a credit (care credit) you must do it or they say that the treatment is gonna be cancelled. SERIOUSLY!!!?? ASK THIS BEFORE THE TREATMENT NOT WHEN THE PATIENT IS ALREADY UNDER TREATMENT. I hope the other offices are a little different with this
My visit was great all the assistants and doctors are very nice , Vero M. is really nice !
I had a very bad experience I went there and waited about 3 hours or more for them to say that I needed to re-schedule because the dentist was not going to see me. They took forever to call me for X RAYS and when they finally did the x-rays I was just waiting for the dentist for a very long time and the dentist was seeing every patient so I never thought that when it was my turn they were just going to ask me to re-schedule, I was very disappointed because I've wasted my time there, they need to know how to manage their time, so they can be able to see all the patients that they have waiting for a long time. I told them that they were very unprofessional and that I was not going to re-schedule it was my first and last time there, and a few months later they called me because according to them it was time for a check up hahaha so all I said was DO NOT call me anymore just remove my number from your list.
Excellent service, friendly staff, and very accommodating to peoples' schedules. I've been able to get a lot of much-needed work done in a relatively short time frame, and they were always very kind, professional, and did a great job!
all this with in 2-3 mouth span of oppointments dental experience was terrible from the cleaning to the capping of my front tooth. let start with the cleaning I got here doc had me drench in my own spit water my shirt was drench almost drown not to be dramatic either on top of that he had no assistant helping him out cool dude but wtf... Root canal doctor's the first part start off at little rough but it when well second part where they were drilling my tooth and rebuilding it my nasal passage was being blocked couldn't breathe couldnt speak to voice it either temporary cap they put this big blocky grayish stone of a tooth didn't smooth it out or nothing I believe it cause me to break my right molar tooth because i couldn't close my mouth propertly taking off temporary cap so they are some rough handed mf they pitched the fuck out of my top gums twice. I CRYED MY EYES OUT TODAY MAY 27 2025 permanent cap tooth was place on the crooked it is bigger than my other front tooth. they try to convince me that it wasn't and it okay that it was straight from a distance yeah but up close the cap is crooked I now what I see and what my sister's is saying that is look smushed together it Is crooked. they try to tell me that the can fix it no that will make it worse because is already cemented on permanently what can you possibly do to a tooth that is permanently cemented on huh other Than fuck it up more they should of took the precaution to make sure that tooth is straight at the molding and shaping process and that I like it instead of rush shit all the fucking time not going back here y'all can cancel up coming appointments because I won't be coming back ALL THE SHIT y'all put me through hope you happy because I am not
Place is a joke. I went in and they said they would put through authorization orders with my insurance for root canals and other procedures I needed, and when I asked about them weeks later, they said there weren't any orders. And that led to a whole mess of confusion, with them saying something different each time I inquired. When I went in to get some fillings done, I had this female dentist who wasn't attentive at all. She wasn't gentle during the initial numbing, and then she proceeded to walk away and I heard her go to two different patients which easily took 45 minutes. By the time she got back to me, I could feel the numbing was starting to wear off, and I made her aware of this. She shrugged it off and started working, and despite multiple times of letting her know and raising my hand to indicate pain, she didn't care and kept working. I haven't been in contact with them for months now and they keep scheduling appointments without my consent or knowledge. Overall just really shady and a bad experience.
Talked and laughed about a tattooed customer loudly when he walked out for a break because he was scared of dentist and kept gasping/swallowing water during his teeth drilling. Was all nice to his face after mocking him for the whole patient area to hear. Id never come back anyways after this.
Amazing service from Andrea and Dr Jessica thank you both for your patience! I was the one who kept coughing, haha. Appreciate you!

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
