too homeopathic for my likes
I was shocked to see terrible review. I really like Dr. Schlocker. I dont feel rushed. I feel she cares and really listens. I like her so much that I am making her my husbands primary doctor as well. In addition, she always wears great shoes!
Dr. Schlocker, is rude. Doesnt care . And is awful has no bedside manner at all. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid.
I am more than satisfied with Dr. Schlockef
Very good
She promised to contact after my visit but never did
Dr. Schlocker is there to help you be healthy and get healthy. She cares, she is prompt, direct and listens. Highly recommend her.
Like the previous poster, Dr. Schlocker coded my visit incorrectly. What was to be a routine visit turned into treatment for a mental or anxiety disorder because she prescribed Xanax in response to my complaint of inability to sleep during frequent international air travel. Accordingly, my insurance company covered at a fraction of the rate. I believe that Scripps, in general, has slipped. One of Dr. Schlockers colleagues in the same office advised a friend of mine to eat less spicy food in response to a complaint of abdominal pain. Days later, my friend was in the hospital for surgery on her appendix. Caveat emptor.
My husband and I have been going to Dr. Schlocker for five years. I have never waited more than ten minutes to see her. Most of the time I am called back as soon as I am in the waiting room and she sees me within minutes of my vitals being taken. She is very nice and a good listener. And I can usually get an appointment to see her the day that I call or the next day. The front desk staff could be a little more friendly.
My usual Doctor was Dr Holt, and he was not available. I was very happy to get an apointment so easily with an alternate doctor in the same office. Dr Schlocker to the rescue. The apointment was to be a basic check up along with blood work for STDs and overall standard health issues. The main emphasis was this. I made one one crucial bonehead mistake in asking for a sample for Viagra, and the whole session ended up being billed to my health insurance as Sexual Dysfunction and nothing else. I had to pay out of pocket, my insurance would not cover it, on top of that, she never bothered to have my bloodword cover my ongoing low Testosterone bloodwork, so I had to pay extra my next visit for more bloodwork. I had been going to Dr Holt for treatment for Testosterone defiency but no matter how many times I tried to have her change the billing she would not do so, and Dr Holt stopped calling me all together. He told me that I would get a call concerning ongoing treatment for Low T this never happened. I felt so dissalusioned, I have not seen a doctor for almost a year. I would never see or recommend Dr Schlocker or Dr Holt at all, much less go to Scripps for any reason in the future. I need to find a doctor that cares and listens and looks at my health files and makes accurate assesments and solutions for me.
I really like Stacy. She is kind and down to earth. She spends the time with me listening to my concerns and addresses them fully. Even though I do not necessarily do all things that I could to improve my health, she doesnt berate me but instead encourages me to try to make better choices. Some doctors are more critical and not nearly as kind.
I saw Dr. Schlocker the first time 2 years ago. She did a great job of diagnosing my condition and treating it. I have recommended her to a few friends and one comes from Tucson to see her. She has been an encouragement to me.
