Rejected my son with a rash spreading into his face bc we didn't have his medical card on usThe Dr must've gotten into medicine for $ and not to actually helpStay clear away from these jerks !! They have a low reputation for a reason What kind of people would reject a 2 year old That's the problem with medicine todayIt's profits over people Stay away!!!

MOST UNPROFESSIONAL STAFFQuala Wells-McGhee was very rude and acted if she was irritated being in the room from the beginning. SHE THREATENED TO DENY MY GRANDMA MEDICAL CARE because she couldn't hear her. Extremely unprofessional. We spent about 3 hours waiting but we never saw an actual doctor. They ended up having some people see us 15 minutes before closing. There was only two other patients in the waiting area the time we were there but it was as slow as if it was half packed. No one was at any of the front desks when we arrived, had to wait about 10 minutes just to sign in. The person already waiting at the front desk said she was waiting there a little bit already. The staff seemed to disappear most of the time, but you could hear them laughing continuously behind the wall. It felt like there we too busy talking to each other than helping anyone.

I walked in with a mask on .... My symptoms were fever. Chills. Headache, cough and severe body ache . Either the flu or Covid ? I was surprised they didn't ask me to go sit my car until they were ready for me. A few other people came in with the exact same symptoms.... So here we are coughing all over the waiting room for 2 hours not to mention half of them did not have their mask on properly ‍I was delirious by time I seen the doctor she said "well it looks like you have the flu" sent me on my way with a prescription !!! I'm now home absolutely exhausted my sister who's a nurse gives me a Covid test. "Positive" I don't need the flu meds that were prescribed they do not work well with Covid ! Not to mention how many other patients were affected in that 2 hour frame. I called their response was "that they're not a testing Covid site! "Urgent Care you can do a better job, we come to because we are in need of treatment and not play a guessing game on a illness of your patients that are not feeling well. I will take this to corporate.... Change needs to happen!!!! I should have been given a Covid test immediately..... and should have been asked to wait in my vehicle! So careless & very disappointing!!!

I was waiting along side many others and there was 1 to 0 people working at the counter and no one was being called in and all you can hear is laughing and talking no work no nothing.

The lady didn't know she answered the phone and said "ugh hold on I have to take a call", then proceeded to not take my call and I heard the conversation she had with other staff members, which I may add was very inappropriate and unprofessional. I decided to come here anyways because I was severely ill and wanted to visit an urgent care closet to my home.The wait time was 3 hours and the man at the receptionist desk told me there was ONLY 5 PEOLLE AHEAD OF ME. Not only did I sleep while I was waiting but several other people did as well. I must say the staff was friendly when I arrived but provided no real help. I informed the office I had 2 asthma attacks in ONE day, wheezing, headache, ears ringing, fever. They gave me a single steroid dosage that I took in the office, allergy medicine and sent me on my way. Oh and I must mention I did not speak to or see a doctor my entire visit here. Here I am the next day coughing up BLACK MUCUS and went to the ER. The doctor here was absolutely baffled they could have possibly let me leave without doing a chest/lung X-ray based on my asthma attacks and symptoms. I am now happily on antibiotics and a new inhaler with higher dosage.

Total waste of time. Gave them specific information about shoulder pain I was having and offered information from an experience chiropractor. They didn't ask to review it. There was zero effort to treat the problem. All they did was raise my arm up and down, do an X-ray which was negative, and offer Motrin. They don't have an MRI machine.

Worst place ever. I waited for 2 hours for my sick child. People who came in after me were seen before us. When I asked what was going on, they hid in the back and refused to come out

THEY CHARGED 120 DOLLARS TO CHECK BLOOD PRESSURE, and then the Doctor said they couldn’t do anything for a 104 FEVER and COUGH a 75 year old had, and TOLD US TO GO TO AN EMERGENCY ROOM! FOR 120 DOLLARS! JUST EVIL. Welcome to America.
