Worse dr office cant even get of hold of my Dr makes u wait hold for hours

by far the most disgustingly disrespectful and beyond fat phobic doctor i have ever come in contact with. she made it a priority to blame myself and my mother for medical records we had no knowledge that we would be in need of. she made it a point to question us disrespectfully as to why none of the documents we HAD brought weren’t given to her assistant. this is your practice it’s not hard to have good communication and simply ask for documents before entering the room. if your skinny you may be just fine. she stressed me out so bad by her unclear and contradicting instructions that i left with the most pounding headache. i feel bad for her assistant considering she’s the only decent human there. she had even apologized to me for Dr Lazoru’s behavior.

I am giving this doctor only 1 star ONLY because on how she treated my mom and myself. She would not listen to anything I have to tell her. She would interrupt me and oftentimes she in a rush during office visits. Even her medical assistant was not friendly. I felt she was not sincere in caring about my mother. So I decided to change primary care physician. I planned to replaced her with another PCP within the same medical network. But Dr. Lazarus blocked my mother to be seen by another PCP within her network. Instead of being angry I diligently look for another PCP. And I have found another one in Chino Hills. Her name is Dr. Cynthia Moreno. She and her staff are amazing. She listens. No interruptions or sarcasms I get from them. It make sense she has 5 stars rating review. I am so glad I did the move from a doctor with only 3 stars review from her patients to another PCP who is very professional and cares about her patients.

I have been very sick for many years and Dr Lazarus continues to do what she does best and makes me better every time I see her. Her care and attention to detail is second to none. I no longer worry about my health. She has given me my life back.

My parents and I moved to Eastvale and they needed a new Doctor so I called their Medicare health plan and offered Dr Lazarus because she supposedly speaks Spanish. My parents recently asked me to change their doctor because Dr Lazarus barely speaks Spanish and her assistant is rude to them. Whenever I’ve called for them to make appointments no one answers. I always have to leave a voicemail and wait for a call back. This office is so unprofessional. If you work in the medical field you should care about your patients.

Dr.Lazarus is a very educated and kind woman. She is unbelievably knowledgeable and gives the best treatment and I always leave her office feeling heard.

Dr. Joyce P Lazarus has a long history of miss treating and disrespecting those who come to see her. She doesnt allow you to speak or explain how you feel she right away interrupts and is condescending . I hope you lose your job you’re a disgrace of a doctor .

SHES ARROGANT AND RUDE. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE. I LEFT CRYING FROM MY APPT SHE WAS HORRIBLE. IVE BEEN TRYING TO GET TREATED SINCE JUNE 2020. SHES BEEN TAKING MY INSURANCES MONEY AND I STILL LEFT WITHOUT ANY TREATMENT. NEVER COMING BACK HERE. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU READ ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. SHE HAS HUSTORY OF BEING LIKE THIS. IVE FILED A MEDICAL BOARD COMPLAINT. I HOPE THEY DO SOMETHING ABOUT HER TERRIBLE WAYS.
