Don't go to this clinic as you would have to wait hours for no reason.

Great medical center

I went to the clinic, and it was a disappointment; I met a Dr hastanan carolShe was arrogant, wouldn't listen, and didn't perform any examination

Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend this clinic. They wasted a lot of my time, and the front desk staff were unprofessional and discourteous. I also felt that the medical care I received was not as thorough or professional as I expected. Many of the patients here appear to rely on government insurance. As a patient, I was left with the impression that billing the insurance was given more attention than providing timely, high-quality care. If that impression is accurate, it is disappointing because public healthcare funds should be used responsibly and in the best interest of patients. I hope the clinic improves its customer service, respects patients’ time, and focuses on providing better medical care. This was one of the worst clinic experiences I have ever had. The front desk staff were rude, unhelpful, and had difficulty communicating in English, making even simple conversations frustrating. During one of my visits, I had to repeat the same question five times before I was understood. When I asked to speak with the manager, I was told the manager was unavailable. I waited for a long time, but no one was willing to help or address my concerns. As a patient, I felt that customer service and quality medical care were not priorities. Instead, I was left with the impression that processing insurance claims mattered more than listening to patients or providing proper care. Patients deserve respect, clear communication, and professional treatment. Unfortunately, I did not receive that at this clinic, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience.

“Dr.” Hastanan Is the meanest women I’ve ever encountered. She doesn’t even say “Hi, how are you” she instantly said “Why are you here”. She is so rude, doesn’t care, practically rolling her eyes, acting as if you are stupid for needing a doctor. She is very deadpan when speaking and has a “mean girl” attitude. She was also googling things while inputting my information... needs a new job ASAP!! Front desk had also told me I was late when my appointment was at 8:30 and I got there at 8:31 and had to wait in line, and they didn’t call me back til 8:55, make it make sense.

Very bad customer service at the blood work the lady that did my blood work this morning June 10 ,she is so rude and unprofessional she need training on how to treat people especially when you puck them with a needle

My appointment was at 3:35 and I sat for 1 and a half hour and then after the nurse telled me to wait for one more hour and the clinic closes at 5:00 they don’t do their job correctly.

Dr hastanan carol is so mean and she dismiss any of my concern, it looks like she's kinda racism cause I made her my primary care physician and she changed and always dismissed any type of complain that I had, went to her recently for doctors note for something important ,she wrote weird stuff on it that was not accepted for what I need it for now I have to wait for a long time before I can make an appointment with her cause she has being my physician since 2024 and she's the one who need to give me a doctor note,I'm so sad and it ruining my mental health.

Front desk is amazing, especially Jackie. Dr was great as well (Wang). Love these professionals, Love this place
